I am a 42 year old husband and father of 4 boys ranging from 6 to 21. I live in central Pennsylvania right next to the campus of Penn State University in a town called Boalsburg, PA which holds the distinction of being the birthplace of Memorial Day. However, I am a New Englander at heart, born and raised in the small town of Leicester, MA. Growing up in New England, I loved two things: the weather (especially a good ole New England snowstorm) and sports. To develop my love for the weather, I attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell from 1992 to 1996, graduated with a degree in meteorology and have provided meteorological information to some of the biggest companies in the world for over 20 years. To develop my love of sports, I rooted my hardest for the Pats, da Sawx and the C's. I have been playing fantasy sports since the days I would spend Wednesday afternoons while I was in middle/high school compiling baseball stats for the week via USA Today (pre-internet fantasy sportswas rough) so my love for the industry is well entrenched. I have been combining my love of weather and (fantasy) sports to help DFS and season-long competitors get a leg up on their competition since the beginning of 2015.
