The goal of cash games is to set yourself up with a high floor, and minimize taking a high amount of risk. In NFL we look towards volume with touches and targets, strong offenses, and obviously we still want to factor in defenses. Factoring in price and lineup construction is also very key towards cash games. While NFL has gotten chalky and you will need to make a few pivots, it is a way to be consistently profitable.

Quarterback

Matt Ryan - FD: $8,100 / DK: $6,400 - Matt Ryan is a strong option this week against a Cardinals defense that has allowed over 260 passing yards and 2.4 passing touchdowns per game this season. The Falcons have a 26.5 implied total, and given the run game has not given much, the passing attack should keep going. You also have plenty of stacking partners against a secondary that is still without Patrick Peterson.

Running Backs

Mark Ingram - FD: $7,500 / DK: $6,600 - Cincinnati has allowed 128 rushing yards per game and 74 receiving yards per game to opposing running backs this offseason. They have also allowed 1.8 touchdowns, which has been over 30 fantasy points per game. The Ravens are 11 point favorites, and have a 29 implied total at home this week. Ingram is a safe bet for 15+ touches against one of the worst defenses in the league.

Damien Williams - FD: $6,600 / DK: $5,700 - This is more of a DK cash game play compared to on FanDuel where I would rather go with a Derrick Henry or Chris Carson in a similar price range. Williams on PPR sites has better value, and I like his passing game work this week. Houston has allowed 67 receiving yards to opposing backs this season, and the most receptions on the year.

Wide Receivers

Dede Westbrook - FD: $5,400 / DK: $5,100 - Both Jaguars wideouts are strong options this week against a Saints secondary allowing 194 receiving yards per game, 1.4 touchdowns per game, and over 25 fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers. Westbrook offers up some value and the Jags still have over a three touchdown total. New Orleans has been stout against the run, which should push them to pass more.

Adam Thielen - FD: $7,200 / DK: $6,700 - Generally we haven't trusted the Vikings in the passing game, but Adam Thielen continues to be the go-to guy, and the Eagles are a defense that are great against the run, and bad against the pass. We see volume pick up against them in the passing game. They have allowed over 190 receiving yards to receivers this season, and 1.4 touchdowns.

Tight End

Austin Hooper - FD: $6,400 / DK: $5,000 - Austin Hooper is the easy plug and play against the Cardinals, who have allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends per game this season. They have allowed 92 yards per game, and 1.2 touchdowns per game. Hooper has 42 targets on the game this season, and is averaging 72 yards per game.

Defense

Washington Redskins - FD: $4,200 / DK: $3,200 - I like going cheap this week, as I am not as confident in the top priced defenses even against their opponents. Washington is cheap, and get Miami who are always good to allow fantasy points to defenses. Given the value and having it free up some cash for other positions, this is a good way to go, and others will follow.
