Each day of the MLB season will bring us some major price differences among starting pitchers on all sites. These price discrepancies and the site's roster differences can alter the way we use pitchers on each site, as well as how the field of opponents will use them. Listed below are five of today's top pitchers, each with their salary listed as well as the cafe value that takes into account both the total salary cap on the site and points-per-dollar. We've also provided some betting info for you reference. The higher the cafe value, the better the points-per-dollar play is.

Jake Arrieta

Arrieta was able to get back on track in his last start, after going through a rough patch of three sub par road starts. He struck out eight Mets batters over seven innings, only allowing one earned run and one free pass. I really think his struggles were overblown, and expect him to return to his earlier season dominance. The Cubs are big road favorities against their south side 'rivals', the White Sox. There is some serious upside in this match up for Arrieta, facing a team that ranks near the bottom in wOBA, wRC+ and ISO against right handed pitching. I expect Keuchel to be everyones favorite cash game play tonight, but Arrieta's price on FanDuel is low enough to warrant consideration in cash games.
