Each day of the MLB season will bring us some major price differences among starting pitchers on all sites. These price discrepancies and the site's roster differences can alter the way we use pitchers on each site, as well as how the field of opponents will use them. Listed below are five of today's top pitchers, each with their salary listed as well as the cafe value that takes into account both the total salary cap on the site and points-per-dollar. We've also provided some betting info for you reference. The higher the cafe value, the better the points-per-dollar play is.

Marcus Stroman

Stroman is the class of this slate, although that isn't really a ringing endorsement, given the competition tonight. He faces the Reds at the Rogers Centre, and while he is clearly the best pitcher on this slate, the matchup is less than ideal. The Reds are 7th in MLB with a .335 wOBA against RHP, and also rank in the top 10 (9th) in team ISO at .183. Stroman owns a 61% GB rate, 3.59 FIP, and a FB rate of just 21.4%. He has managed to go more than six innings just once over his last six starts, but he still owns a solid floor, having allowed more than two earned runs just three times in 11 starts this season. He is listed as a -200 favorite opposite Lisalverto Bonilla, who has had a rough time keeping the ball in the ballpark. Stroman should be chalky here, but we are going to have to get creative on this slate somewhere.
