Each day of the MLB season will bring us some major price differences among starting pitchers on all sites. These price discrepancies and the site's roster differences can alter the way we use pitchers on each site, as well as how the field of opponents will use them. Listed below are five of today's top pitchers, each with their salary listed as well as the cafe value that takes into account both the total salary cap on the site and points-per-dollar. We've also provided some betting info for you reference. The higher the cafe value, the better the points-per-dollar play is.

Clayton Kershaw

Kershaw remains the top pitcher in the game, and his last start represented his (non-Coors Field) floor, as he allowed two earned runs over seven innings of work with just four strikeouts against the Indians. Tonight he faces a Mets team that owns a .296 team wOBA and 83 wRC+ against LHP this season, and Kershaw is an enormous Vegas favorite at -310 against Zack Wheeler and company. With no Coors Field game tonight, fitting Kershaw won't be quite as tough as it may be on another slate. He still owns a 28.1% K rate and just a 4.3% BB rate on the season, along with a 0.92 WHIP, 2.97 xFIP, and although his price tag is (as always) enormous, he should be a staple in your cash game lineups as always. Locking in his safety, especially on a two-pitcher site, allows you the ability to get creative with the rest of your lineup and hope that he puts together another Kershaw-esque performance tonight.
