Each day of the MLB season will bring us some major price differences among starting pitchers on all sites. These price discrepancies and the site's roster differences can alter the way we use pitchers on each site, as well as how the field of opponents will use them. Listed below are five of today's top pitchers, each with their salary listed as well as the cafe value that takes into account both the total salary cap on the site and points-per-dollar. We've also provided some betting info for you reference. The higher the cafe value, the better the points-per-dollar play is.

Corey Kluber

Saturday night is loaded with pitching. There are two names here I am leaving out, but Max Scherzer and Alex Wood are also out there for the taking. Scherzer is taking on a Cincinnati offense that doesn't strikeout a ton in Great American Ballpark, which is the complete opposite of Corey Kluber's situation. Wood takes on Miami, who have a low strikeout rate against lefties, but the ballpark is a plus. Kluber is the top option here, who did have his strikeout streak of 10+ snapped before the break. He did strikeout eight over five innings, and has yet to allow more than one earned run in five straight starts. Kluber gets another matchup made in heaven against an Oakland team that strikes out 25% of the time against right-handers, and Kluber struck out ten Oakland bats last time out. Indians are huge road favorites, and with Kluber around the higher priced guys, I do prefer him a bit more. He checks off all the boxes, while Scherzer is more of a leverage play away from him.
