James Shields is allowing a .425 wOBA to lefties with over a 50% flyball rate. Facing Ben Gamel, Robinson Cano, and Kyle Seager spell trouble for Shields. The three lefties here are very underpriced for the matchup, and should be fairly popular plays tonight in all formats. The right-handers are the expensive options, and Shields has some regression coming against right-handers as well, with an xwOBA of .327. Guaranteed Rate Field is another plus ballpark for hitters, and Seattle's offense has some serious upside in this one. The value aspect is another reason for why they are one of the top stacks of the night. Cano and Seager have a combined 8 HR off Shields in their career, and are both hitting over .400 against him.
