Stacking has become a prime way to take down big tournaments, as well as giving your cash game team a solid floor. We focus on opposing pitcher stats, Vegas, weather, park factors, team stats, salaries, and player stats when deciding the top three stacks of the night. I know. Shocker we look at those things. If there is a Coors game on the slate, we will mostly divert our attention elsewhere, as Coors games are the obvious stacks of the night. It doesn't need much breaking down. Be sure to check out or revamped Stack Generator and Stack features inside our Lineup Optimizer and Tools.

Houston is one of the more favorable offenses on the slate, but an expensive stack. I am looking at a wrap-around stack to make it a bit more affordable, and value is the theme of this article given the pitching tonight. George Springer has a .466 wOBA and .388 ISO against left-handers this season, and is the expensive one I would grab here. Alex Bregman has a .370 wOBA off lefties this season and a .182 ISO. Marwin Gonzalez and Evan Gattis both have ISOs over .200 as well. Francisco Liriano has allowed a .370 wOBA to right-handers this season, 35.5% hard-contact rate. While he has been better at home, I still like rolling out a Houston stack.
