Stacking has become a prime way to take down big tournaments, as well as giving your cash game team a solid floor. We focus on opposing pitcher stats, Vegas, weather, park factors, team stats, salaries, and player stats when deciding the top three stacks of the night. I know. Shocker we look at those things. If there is a Coors game on the slate, we will mostly divert our attention elsewhere, as Coors games are the obvious stacks of the night. It doesn't need much breaking down. Be sure to check out or revamped Stack Generator and Stack features inside our Lineup Optimizer and Tools.

The Cleveland stack on FanDuel tonight doesn't cost all that much. Of course if you were to go with Francisco Lindor, Jose Ramirez, or Edwin Encarnacion it would be. This four-man lefty stack is intriguing tonight, given the fact that Kyle Gibson is on the hill. Jason Kipnis is coming off of a night with a home run, and was a popular value play. He should be again. Gibson has allowed a .381 wOBA and .212 ISO to left-handers this season. His groundball rate is at 58.3% to right-handers, but drops to 46.2% against lefties. While this is an unorthodox stack given it is out of order, Bradley Zimmer, Jay Bruce, and Carlos Santana are all underpriced and have over a .180 ISO against right-handers. This stack works well on DraftKings, but Kipnis and Bruce don't offer up the same value as over on FanDuel.

Homer Bailey has been one of the worst pitchers in baseball over the last month. The Cubs stack will be a popular one tonight, but for good reason. Bailey has allowed a .474 wOBA to right-handers and a .366 wOBA to lefties. He also has allowed a 33% line drive rate to both sides of the plate. Kris Bryant has been red hot since the Arizona series, while the rest of the Cubs offense has been average at best. All three of the outfielders are below $4,000, offering up plenty of value from the left side of the plate. The Cubs have the third highest implied run total on the slate (5.6), just behind Colorado and Texas.

The Rangers stack is an excellent one to target this evening, especially given it is smashed in between Coors and the Cubs facing Homer Bailey. The prices are not overly cheap like we have seen some nights, so I am curious to see the ownership play out. Anibal Sanchez has allowed a .409 wOBA and .283 ISO to right-handers this season, with a .362 wOBA and .234 ISO to lefties. Given the hot night in Texas, it is hard to see Sanchez lasting longer than five innings. Joey Gallo has been the Giancarlo Stanton of the American League this month, and has a .363 ISO off right-handers this season. Adrian Beltre and Elvis Andrus are two bats capable of handling right-handers, with a wOBA over .350.
