Stacking has become a prime way to take down big tournaments, as well as giving your cash game team a solid floor. We focus on opposing pitcher stats, Vegas, weather, park factors, team stats, salaries, and player stats when deciding the top three stacks of the night. I know. Shocker we look at those things. If there is a Coors game on the slate, we will mostly divert our attention elsewhere, as Coors games are the obvious stacks of the night. It doesn't need much breaking down. Be sure to check out or revamped Stack Generator and Stack features inside our Lineup Optimizer and Tools.

Carlos Rodon is one of the more boom-or-bust arms on the slate, and always has been when healthy. Rodon has allowed a .355 wOBA and .220 ISO to right-handed bats this season, and a .378 wOBA and .226 ISO to lefties. His 30.2% strikeout rate and 15.1% walk rate against right-handers are just another addition to the wide range of outcomes that is Carlos Rodon. The lefty has a tough task tonight against a team that only strikes out 16.3% of the time, and ranks ninth in wOBA against southpaws. The power hasn't really been there this year, but guys like Hanley Ramirez and Mookie Betts bring the home run upside. Hanley is a steal on tonight's slate, with his .348 wOBA and .233 ISO against lefties this season. He has an xwOBA up and over .370 against southpaws. Despite Rafael Devers being a lefty, he has handled lefties well down in the minors and Rodon has struggled with lefties in a small sample this season. The Red Sox offense has shown some life over the last week, so I will continue to fire away.
