Stacking has become a prime way to take down big tournaments, as well as giving your cash game team a solid floor. We focus on opposing pitcher stats, Vegas, weather, park factors, team stats, salaries, and player stats when deciding the top three stacks of the night. I know. Shocker we look at those things. If there is a Coors game on the slate, we will mostly divert our attention elsewhere, as Coors games are the obvious stacks of the night. It doesn't need much breaking down. Be sure to check out or revamped Stack Generator and Stack features inside our Lineup Optimizer and Tools.

Derek Holland allowing a .378 wOBA and 42.1% hard-contact rate to right-handers has me all over the Minnesota bats. A warm Minnesota night is much different than the cooler weather games earlier in the year. Holland is a flyball pitcher, allowing a 2.04 HR/9 to right-handers, and he will faces some prominent right-handed bats. I won't say Holland is that much worse away from home, but the HR/9 and ERA does jump a bit. The hard-contact rate does as well, going over 40%. Three of the first four hitters here have ISO's over .200 against right-handed pitching, and outside of Dozier, all have over 30% line drive rates.
