$2M FanDuel World Fantasy Basketball Championship

The NBA season is in full swing and FanDuel is gearing up for a big end of the season bash. They have announced their World Fantasy Basketball Championship, offering up a total of $2,000,000 in prizes. The virtual finals experience starts on April 23-34. FanDuel is currently running qualifiers for this event, all you need to do is have a FanDuel account and set those winning lineups. If you qualify, you have a chance to win a total of $500,000 in addition to other prizes.

Virtual Experience

Given we are currently not in a position to hold live events, FanDuel's world championship is going virtual this year. If you qualify, you will have access to a two-day virtual experience. This includes meet and greets with NBA legends, access to free games, contests, and chances to win NBA gear. Everyone will attend the virtual championship watch party and enjoy a party kit shipped to your door.

Prize Structure

With $2,000,000 in prizes awarded to the top 100, those will be after the big $500,000 first-place prize. However, all places are played out and anyone in the top-12 is going to be walking away with $20,000 or more.

Qualifiers

Like all FanDuel's world championships you need to win to win a qualifier. FanDuel has begun running qualifiers for this upcoming event. They will run on various days with various entry fees. If you take down one of these qualifiers by finishing first, you will receive an entry into the world championship. You can win up to a maximum of seven seats. Make sure you keep an eye on the lobby to catch these qualifying tournaments.
