In this article I will break down Tuesday's 7 game slate, we only have two teams on second night of back to backs those teams being the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Los Angeles Clippers. I believe ownership will be spread out through the players on this slate, so we do not have to worry about differentiating our lineups as much as Monday. We are in the midst of tanking season, when looking at the slate we need to identify the tanking teams. Once we identify the teams we should limit our exposure to them and to their opponents. On this slate we have 2 teams that clearly tanking, those teams being the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks. I will have little to no exposure to these teams for the rest of the season.

It is always nice when we get injury news early on in the day and that is the case on Tuesday. We have the rare case where there is a player who is cheaper on Fanduel than Draftkings, when this happens we should have a lot of exposure to this player! Jimmy Butler will be held out on Monday due to rest and we have instant value as small forward James Ennis is expected to get the start in Butler's place. This will be Ennis' first start for the 76ers since he was traded at the trade deadline. Our projections have him playing 13 minutes and scoring 8.74 fantasy points, this is because he hasn't officially been named the starter. Ennis could end up playing 30 minutes for us and have tremendous value at his $3,700 price tag. Ennis will be highly owned and he should be your drop score candidate in all your FanDuel cash games. I know I just came from saying do not take players against teams who are tanking, but I believe Ennis' minutes are secure, even if this game does become a blowout as the 13.5 point spread implies.

The Lakers are all but eliminated out of playoff contention and they have decided to shut down small forward Brandon Ingram and point guard Lonzo Ball for the rest of the season. With these players out we want to have exposure to this Lakers team. LeBron James is always an awesome play so we should have exposure to him, but Rajon Rondo is a nice pivot off of LeBron. Head coach Luke Walton was staggering Rondo's and LeBron's minutes in their last game against the Boston Celtics. Rondo's usage rate this season is 19.02 percent and that will only increase because of the lack of ball handlers. The Lakers will be visiting the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, this game has a 226 over/under. Not only will Rondo see a usage increase, and be a main ball handler in a massive game total. He also has an awesome matchup, as the bulls rank 21st vs the point guard position. The Lakers are a great team to stack as people will roster LeBron James, Mortiz Wagner, and Jonathan Williams. Rondo will go under owned and that is what makes him my favorite play on the Lakers.

The Indiana Pacers will be hosting the New York Knicks in a game with a 12 point spread, so naturally we want to fade this game. But two other top center plays also have games that could be potential blowouts, so I love the salary relief the Pacers center Myles Turner gives us. He is my favorite price per dollar play at the center position on Tuesday's slate. He has an awesome floor as he has played 29 minutes or more in 5 of his last 7 games and he also contributes in all categories. Turner's block upside is unparalleled and he has proven that lately as he has recorded 3 or more blocks in 6 of his last 7 games. This blocks upside makes him a phenomenal play on FanDuel where blocks are worth 3 points.Turner has an awesome matchup as the Knicks rank 21st vs the center position. Turner may be over looked because of the blowout risk, but if the Knicks can keep this game competitive we could have Turner 6x his score at limited ownership and that is why he is an awesome tournament play!

Another great play on this slate due to injuries is Dallas Mavericks point guard Jalen Brunson. The Dallas Mavericks are hosting the San Antonio Spurs and this game currently does not have a over/under, because Luka Doncic is questionable for Tuesday's game due to a left knee strain. He suffered this injury in the Mavs last game against the Houston Rockets. Doncic has a massive 33.8 percent usage rate and if he was to miss Tuesday's game, Brunson will become the teams main ball handler and will see a huge increase in usage rate. He also has an awesome matchup as the Mavs are facing the San Antonio Spurs who rank 24th vs the point guard position. We are projecting him to play 30 minutes and score 25.42 fantasy points, but in this awesome matchup and increase of usage rate I could see him score 40+ and end up being one of the best values on the slate!

The Cleveland Cavaliers are on the second night of a back to back and will be thin in their front court. The Cavs announced before their game on Monday that power forward Kevin Love will be rested on Tuesday. Tristan Thompson and Larry Nance both missed Monday's game due to injuries and may be held out on Tuesday also. The Cavs may also be without power forward Marquese Chriss, as he may get suspended for fighting with the Raptors Serge Ibaka on Monday. On Tuesday Ante Zizic played 26 minutes, but may see a a larger workload, as the Cavs may have to give him all of the minutes he can handle on Tuesday. We are currently projecting Zizic to play 16 minutes and scoring 16 points. If we get him closer to 30 minutes and he keeps his fantasy point per minute output, we can see him score 30+ and be the best value on the slate!
