DraftKings NBA GPP Plays: 2/12/21

11 games on tap tonight and only one is a blowout concern as the Nuggets are 11.5 point favorites over the Oklahoma City Thunder. There is injury news as always, with Bradley Beal resting and Anthony Davis questionable again. Charlotte will get Devonte Graham back but will be without PJ Washington and in the late Kings game, Marvin Bagley is questionable.

Backcourt

Luka Doncic - $10,900 - PG

This is going to be a high-scoring game between these two teams and out of the superstars going tonight, Doncic is playing exceptionally well and the three-ball is starting to come back. That wasn't the case earlier in the season. Doncic faces a soft defense and his ceiling is well over 60 points in this one. I would not be surprised to see him as the leading scorer.

Terry Rozier - $6,600 - SG

With Devonte Graham out, Terry Rozier will garnish some ownership but maybe not enough to get me to fade. Minnesota is a bottom-five defense, especially against opposing backcourt. This is a good price tag for a mid-range point guard with some upside. With the rotation currently in place for the Hornets, they are going to need some offense from someone, and Rozier can fill that role.

Coby White - $6,300 - PG

I like this Chicago backcourt quite a bit tonight and we have seen both Coby White and Zach LaVine go off together. I think both of them can have a strong game in a spot where maybe not everybody is looking given the tight defense of the Clippers. However, that defense is without Paul George and Patrick Beverley. White should be a sneaky option tonight who has seen a greater role in 2021.

Frontcourt

Zion Williamson - $8,000 - PF

Give me some Zion tonight as I am looking to get more exposure to this game given the high total and two lackluster defenses. Williamson has been playing terrific this season and Dallas's interior defense leaves a lot to be desired. This is a game where Zion can have his way offensively and I am looking for him to pad the numbers in the points column.

Jerami Grant - $7,500 - SF

Jerami Grant has been playing very well this season and gets a tough matchup against Boston tonight. However, the Celtics have looked a bit lackluster on the defensive side of late and really in general. Grant is seeing a sky-high usage in Detroit as a featured player and without Derrick Rose, they are going to need to find more offense from someone, if Grant can even provide any more than he already is. The matchup should keep ownership weak, especially on a large slate.

Rudy Gobert - $7,500 - C

Now Nikola Vucevic and Nikola Jokic are well in play at the center position tonight, but I like Rudy Gobert for just a few thousand cheaper. Milwaukee isn't the most eye-popping matchup in the world, or is it? Milwaukee only ranks 13th in defensive efficiency against centers and 19th over the last ten games. There is a lot of chances for Gobert to get some block chances and also do well on the glass, especially offensive where they allow 4.7 offensive rebounds per game to centers. Gobert averages the 7th most second chance points.
