With guys like Russell Westbrook and James Harden dropping 60+ fantasy point games, they will be staples in the lineups for many of us. But... To grab those players, value is crucial in NBA, just like any other DFS sport. Value opens up through injuries, site pricing, and rotational changes. We are staying on top of that for you here, talking about the best value at each position.

Point Guard

Raymond Felton, Los Angeles Clippers ($4,900 FD - $5,600 DK)

Whether Raymond Felton draws the start or not, as Doc Rivers could shift things around again, Felton picks up minutes with the Chris Paul injury. Dennis Schroder is one of the poorer defenders in the NBA, and it shows in Atlanta's defense against point guards. They rank 25th in defensive efficiency, and allow the fourth most fantasy points per game. There is a chance Atlanta could run away with this one, but Felton is a lock for 25+ minutes regardless. He is averaging 29 minutes over the last four games, and averaging over 25 fantasy points per game in that span. His shot has also been dropping, at 53% from the field. Felton is averaging around 29 fantasy points per game in the nine games Chris Paul has missed. He is a slightly better value over on FanDuel, but I don't mind him on DraftKings as well.

DFC Projection: FanDuel: 26.40 - DraftKings: 30.00

Honorable Mentions: Austin Rivers, George Hill, Patrick Beverley

Shooting Guard

Dejounte Murray, San Antonio Spurs ($3,800 FD - $4,100 DK)

With the Spurs missing Pau Gasol and Tony Parker, we can some instant value. There is no better matchup than the Nets right now for fantasy purposes, so putting in a couple Spurs value plays tonight will help you out. Dejounte Murray has played 22 and 34 minutes the last two games, and has taken 21 shot attempts in the two. He has made 14, and surpassed 5x value in both games. The Spurs have the highest team total on the board (114), which is seven points above what they score on their season average. Brooklyn ranks 28th in defensive efficiency against point guards, where Murray will get some time at.

DFC Projection: FanDuel: 22.88 - DraftKings: 25.74

Honorable Mentions: Jamal Crawford, Tim Hardaway Jr.

Small Forward

Joe Ingles, Utah Jazz ($3,900 FD - $4,800 DK)

I certainly prefer Joe Ingles on FanDuel where his price is below $4,000 still. He is logging big minutes without Rodney Hood, playing 34, 38, and 34 in the last three games. He has had 25+ fantasy points in two of the three games, and 24 in the other. He is not really a scorer, but his defensive stats, and offensive peripheral numbers have been there. He has averaged 29 fantasy points per game in the eight games Hood has missed this season. Oklahoma City turns the ball over quite a bit, and I can see Ingles continuing the large steal games. Utah gets a small jump in pace, and have a team total that's five points over their season norm. Utah's won six in a row, and will look to keep things going here.

DFC Projection: FanDuel: 24.64 - DraftKings: 27.20

Honorable Mentions: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Trevor Ariza

Power Forward

David Lee, San Antonio Spurs ($5,100 FD - $5,500 DK)

Another San Antonio player here, and this time it's David Lee. Gasol will miss a month or two, meaning Lee will see a bump in minutes. I don't think we will see 33 and 36 minutes out of him every night, which he saw the last two games, but he should average 25 or so going forward. Lee is an efficient offensive player, and gets a tremendous matchup. Brooklyn is bottom five in fantasy points allowed and defensive efficiency against power forwards, and centers. They are also 26th in rebounding. Lee has back to back 30+ fantasy point games, registering in double-doubles in both. I would not be surprised to see another one out of him tonight.

DFC Projection: FanDuel: 30.07 - DraftKings: 32.55

Honorable Mentions: Thaddeus Young, Jon Leuer

Center

Marcin Gortat, Washington Wizards ($5,700 FD - $5,800 DK)

There isn't a ton of cheap centers I am in love with, but in comparison to the other priced centers, Marcin Gortat is in play for value. Charlotte allows the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing centers, and rank 24th in defensive efficiency. Gortat has killed Charlotte in their last five meetings, averaging over 35 fantasy points per game. He is averaging 28 fantasy points per game in January, and while the numbers are trending downwards for Gortat, he is in a spot to rebound. Washington has improved of late, going 7-3 in their last ten. The Hornets are a sneaky team to target against for fantasy purposes.

DFC Projection: FanDuel: 25.07 - DraftKings: 27.44

Honorable Mentions: Myles Turner
