In this segment, I'll be breaking down players who are seeing a significant increase or decrease in minutes due to new (or overlooked) circumstances. I'll also be looking at how injuries and/or trades have affected these players. Each player's situation is unique, and I'll help you find the matchups and scenarios to exploit or avoid due to each player's change in court time. Each player will have be tagged with “TARGET", “MONITOR", or “AVOID". For today's article, I'll be focusing on DraftKings scoring.

Udonis Haslem – (PF) Miami Heat - MONITOR

Haslem's value is 100% contingent on the health of Hassan Whiteside and Chris Anderson, but he has stepped into a big role over the last 3 contests. After averaging just 11.6 FPPG in 18.1 MPG over his previous 7 games, Haslem is averaging 30.91 FP in 33 MPG over his last 3. His FPPM is the main concern here, and although his 0.93 mark over his last 3 is solid, the 0.64 he averaged in the previous 7 is abysmal. He makes sense as a punt play if both big men are sitting, but if either returns, his potential takes a huge hit.

Klay Thompson– (SG) Golden State Warriors – TARGET

Four games removed from an ankle injury, and Thompson's minutes are trending back up while his price has trended downward. He has played 18, 25, 27, and 34 minutes in the games since his return, and he has been efficient, averaging 1.13 FPPM during that span. Target his low price now while you can. He is listed at a discounted price of $7,100 on DraftKings tonight.

Draymond Green – (PF) Golden State Warriors – MONITOR

Green's minutes have been fluctuating recently, and there are multiple factors to consider. There have been blowouts, resting, and other factors to consider, but he remains a tremendous FPPM producer at 1.16 FPPM over his last 8 games. The risk comes with his price tag ($7,500) coupled with his minutes being cut (28.25 MPG in that span). He still makes for a great play in games like tonight's matchup against the Clippers, but I would advise caution in games where Golden State is a heavy favorite.

DeAndre Jordan – (C) Los Angeles Clippers – TARGET

Jordan's minutes have seen a drop-off since Blake Griffin's return, but also due to the fact that the Clippers have steamrolled their competition over the last few games. The fact remains that Jordan has been the leading rebounder for either team in each of the Clippers' last 18 contests since Omri Casspi grabbed 17 in a blowout win. His price tag is high ($8,400), yet he is still averaging an astounding 1.33 FPPM over his last 5 games. Consider him a high-floor, high-ceiling play each night.
