Vegas Notes

- Huge slate on tap today, with 13 games and 26 teams playing, so there is no shortage of options at any position.

- Kings-Pacers has the highest total on the board at 212, with the Pacers listed as 7-point home favorites.

- 76ers-Bucks (-10.5, 195) owns the lowest total on the board, as well as one of the highest spreads.

- The other potential blowout concerns belong to Spurs-Wolves (+11.5, 197.5), Thunder-Lakers (+13, 207), Jazz-Warriors (-14, 208), and Knicks-Cavaliers (-11, 197).

With a huge slate on tap, paying up may not be a necessity in any format, but if you're paying up at SF, then LeBron is your safest bet. He has eclipsed the 40 DK mark in all but one game this season, and his floor is second to none among SF on any slate (although Kevin Durant is close). If you're looking to lock 40-50 FP into your lineup, LeBron against the Knicks is a very safe route to take on this big slate.

The Suns have one of the highest totals on the board tonight, and Bledsoe is the engine that makes the offense run. Despite a few poor performances recently, Bledsoe is one of my favorite plays on the board. The Nuggets struggle against guards, allowing the 2nd-most fantasy points to the two positions this season. Bledsoe has been tremendous, averaging 40.4 FPPG, and tonight is the perfect spot for him to shake his shooting struggles and post a big line like we are accustomed to seeing from him.

Projection

vs UTA

341.1522.319.144.511139.10

Salary: FD: $9,200 DK: $9,000

Draymond Green is the best NBA player that nobody gives enough respect. The man can do it all, and owns a tremendous floor and ceiling every time he steps onto the court. A slower pace of game against a team like Utah could even boost his value tonight, as his value is mostly based on peripheral stats, rather than scoring. However, he has 21 or more real points in 4 of his last 6 games, and has at least 46 FP in 7 of his last 10 games. He should have no issue reaching and exceeding his season average of 41.6 FPPG tonight.

vs DAL341.0924.626.545.59837.06

Salary: FD: $8,100 DK: $6,900

There's no denying that the Nets are awful this season (and most seasons, for that matter), but Lopez has been the lone consistent option in this attack. He is coming off of back-to-back big performances (48 and 49 DK points), and now draws a Dallas team that is slightly below league average on the glass. Lopez is averaging 19.3/8.2/1.6 with 2 blocks per game this season, and he'll once again be relied on heavily if the Nets are going to compete. His price is higher than I'd like on FD, but this DK price is an early Christmas present.

Projection

at CHA

341.1222.828.144.610138.08

Salary: FD: $8,300 DK: $7,700

"IT2" has been nothing short of tremendous recently, as he has reached the 40 FP mark in 7 of his last 10 games. He has also shown the ability to not be scoring-dependent, which is key in cash games. Last time out against Minnesota, he shot just 3-9 with 8 real points, but managed to post 42.25 FP in 35 minutes. In his first meeting with Kemba Walker and company, he posted a 21/13/5 line good for 48 DK points. Obviously Stephen Curry and Russell Westbrook are your top options tonight, but Thomas is a fine cheaper pivot.

Value Plays

Tim Frazier (PG - POR) FD: $3,800 DK: $3,600

With Damian Lillard listed as OUT for tonight's game once again and CJ McCollum questionable, Frazier should once again draw the start at point guard for Portland. While he is unlikely to play 48 minutes again, his 12/7/7 line and 34.75 DK points absolutely crushed his salary. He'll be a popular play once again against a Pelicans team that has had issues with stopping opposing PG this season.

Jordan Clarkson (PG/SG - LAL) FD (PG): $5,600 DK (SG): $5,500

Clarkson continues to produce for the Lakers, and is coming off a 37 FP effort last night against the Nuggets. While the Thunder are a much tougher matchup, the Lakers are severely lacking in offensive playmakers, so Clarkson should once again be heavily involved. He has taken at least 14 shots in 4 straight games, and is sporting a usage rate of 21.9%, despite playing next to Kobe Bryant much of the time.

Kelly Olynyk (C - BOS) FD: $4,100 DK: $4,600

With Jared Sullinger and Amir Johnson sitting out last game, Olynyk saw 29 minutes of court time and parlayed that into 29.75 DK points. Sullinger is listed as probable for tonight, while Johnson has been ruled out once again. Look for Olynyk to help soak up some of Amir's mintues in a matchup that has a high total and close spread.

Omri Casspi (SF - SAC) FD: $5,100 DK: $5,900

Despite a down game last time out, Casspi remains a solid value against any team, provided he continues to see big minutes. He has contributed across the board, and is averaging 28.2 DK points per game over the last 10 days. If you need some savings, he makes sense in the game with the highest total on the board.

Sorry Frazier is dead. McCollum is staring at point guard. It was fun while it lasted.
