Ricky Rubio filled up the stat sheet in his last game against Oklahoma City. He finished the game with a 13-8-12 line, which was good enough for 50.0 fantasy points. Tonight, he will be going up against a Suns team that that has struggled defensively all season long. They have allowed an average of 24.7 PPG to opposing point guards (1st in NBA) and have also allowed an average of 54.5 fantasy points per game to opposing point guards. (1st in NBA). I see him carrying the momentum he had from last game into tonight and having another big game for the Timberwolves. This game will be high-scoring, so stacking players from these two teams is one way to go.

Timberwolves

Salary: FD: $6,500 DK: $6,500

This game is projected to be one of the highest scoring games on the night, and no better man to roster into your lineups than -- Devin Booker. The 19-year-old has just been en fuego as of late. He is averaging 26.7 points and 6.0 assist per game over his last 10. The price still has not caught up to his performance, so plugging him into your team will save you some money, but it also gives your team huge upside. He has hit 40 fantasy points in two out of his last four games, so the upside is definitely there -- even with Brandon Knight returning into the starting lineup. The matchup is also their for him, as the Timberwolves have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards in their last ten games.

What better man to roster into your cash lineup than the one and only -- Luol Deng! He is as consistent as it gets and has that upside you look for when constructing your lineups. He will be going up against the Nuggets tonight, which provides him with an excellent matchup. The Nuggets have allowed an average of 22.0 points per game to opposing power forwards (3rd in NBA). They have also allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing power forwards on the year. Deng is averaging 35.4 fantasy points over his last ten games, so watch out for the 30-year-old.

Mavericks

Salary: FD: $5,900 DK: $5,600

Marvin Williams is a guy not a lot of people talk about around the league, but he is quietly having himself quite a year. He will be going up against the Mavericks tonight, which is a pretty favorable matchup for Williams. The Mavericks have allowed the 12th most fantasy points to opposing power forwards over their last 10 games. They have also allowed an average of 11.3 rebounds per game to opposing power forwards (5th most in NBA). In one meeting against the Mavs this season, Williams had a 17-12 line, which was good enough for 39 fantasy points. He is an excellent pick up tonight with not a lot of good matchups at the power forward position.

Projection

Nuggets

301.3128.218.248.410540.61

Salary: FD: $8,600 DK: $8,200

Whiteside does not have the best of matchups going up against the Nuggets tonight, but he is still an excellent cash play with not a whole lot of attractive centers on the slate. In his last ten games, he has ten double-doubles and is averaging 43.2 fantasy points. The Nuggets have allowed a 55.3 FG % to opposing centers on the year (4th highest in NBA). Last time these two teams met on Jan 15. -- Whiteside had 19 points, 17 rebounds and 11 blocks against the Nuggets. Watch out for the great wall of Whiteside tonight.

Value Plays

Taj Gibson (PF - CHI) FD: $5,100 DK: $4,400

With Pau Gasol out tonight, Taj Gibson will see an increase in usage rate and will see more minutes on the court. He does not have the best of matchups going up against the Raptors tonight, but he will see plenty of minutes and should hit 5x value. He is a nice option at power forward with not a lot of great options to choose from. Gibson has averaged 24 fantasy points against Toronto, in three games.

Tony Allen (SG/SF - MEM) FD: $4,600 DK: $4,900

Tony Allen will continue to take more shots than we're accustomed too with the entire Grizzlies' squad banged up. He will be going up against the Rockets which provides him with a great matchup. They have allowed the tenth-most fantasy points to opposing shooting guards on the year, and Allen will be going head-to-head against James Harden, who averages 4.7 turnovers per game (highest in NBA), so Allen could fill up the stat sheet with steals. And we all know that defense is Tony Allen's middle name.

Andrew Bogut (C - GS) FD: $4,900 DK: $4,300

Andrew Bogut is averaging 24.8 fantasy points in his last ten games and draws an excellent matchup against the Pelicans. They have allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing big men on the year. I prefer him on DraftKings where you can roster two centers. Bogut scored 29.8 fantasy points in their first meeting on Oct. 27, so look for the 31-year-old to put up similar numbers.

On all these guys tonight, but will pass on Bogut. That Suns-Wolves game is going to be my staple.

I agree on the Suns-Wolves game as the one to target.
