Vegas Notes

- Warriors-Clippers and Kings-Timberwolves both sit over 220, and are two of the top games to target your core in.

- Every game outside of Spurs-Heat sits above a 200 spread, although Spurs have a 104 total, and are favored by 12.

- Heat, Knicks, and Bucks are three teams not on my radar in cash tonight.

Lakers

350.9127.926.554.810831.8

Salary: FD: $6,800 DK: $7,300

Point guard is wide open tonight, and the top options are pretty obvious. Brandon Knight has not been shooting the ball well since returning from injury, but is still putting up over 30 fantasy points per game in the last five (18-6-5). Knight has averaged 25-6-9 in three games against the Lakers this season, and this is the last time they will square off this season. Points-per-dollar, it doesn't get much better than this, especially on FanDuel. L.A. ranks 28th in efficiency against opposing point guards, and have allowed the second most fantasy points per game this season.

Kings

390.8621.724.54311333.5

Salary: FD: $6,100 DK: $6,000

This is one of the higher projected scoring games of the slate, and Minnesota is sitting with one of the highest team totals. Zach LaVine is one of my favorite players to grab from this game, as most shooting guards against the Kings are. Sacramento ranks 29th in efficiency against shooting guards, and have allowed the third most fantasy points per game. LaVine is averaging 19-2-2 over the last ten games, shooting 51% from the field. Outside of games against OKC and SA, he has been extremely efficient, and logs heavy minutes.

@Rockets

370.9322.925.745.39934.4

Salary: FD: $6,700 DK: $6,900

LeBron James is your top cash game small forward, but I am also looking in the tier two range. Gordan Hayward is below $7,000 and is in a great spot for all paying up elsewhere. Houston ranks 29th in efficiency against small forwards, and have allowed the most fantasy points per game. Hayward has averaged 19-4-3 in the last ten games played, and has averaged 21-5-4 in three meetings with Houston. I won't be getting heavy exposure to the Jazz, but taking one of them is a wise option. Derrick Favors being the other, as Houston struggles against PF.

Clippers

351.1722.818.845.411740.9

Salary: FD: $8,300 DK: $7,900

Draymond Green is my favorite player from this game. Clippers-Warriors enters as the highest team total, and I could very well see Warriors being up quite a bit into the fourth. Green is never one I worry about in blowouts, and is one who puts up full lines. He is averaging 13-8-7 over the last ten games, and is averaging 3.2 blocks + steals per game in that span. The Clippers rank 14th in defensive efficiency agaisnt the four, and have allowed the most fantasy points per game in the last ten games. Everything sets up for a monster night, Clippers rank 29th in rebouding, and Green has averaged 15-7-8 in three games against L.A. this season.

Andre Drummond (C), Pistons

Projection

Magic

321.2628.124.148.110840.3

Salary: FD: $7,700 DK: $7,600

We haven't seen the monster upside from Andre Drummond in a while, which has dropped his price down on both sites. He still has been productive averaging 15 and 14 in the last ten games. Orlando ranks 16th in efficiency against centers, and rank in the middle of the league in fantasy points allowed. Orlando ranks 16th in rebounding, and this should be an easy double-double night against this front court. Drummond has a usage comparable to Karl-Anthony Towns, and is a bit cheaper.

Value Plays

Darren Collison (PG - SAC) FD: $5,600 DK: $5,100

It is very hard to get away from Darren Collison right now, averaging 14-2-5 in the last ten games. He has seen 34 minutes per game in that span, and will draw a favorable matchup against Minnesota tonight. They struggle against both guard spots, and Collison would also see a bump in usage if Boogie sits.

Evan Turner (SF/SG - BOS) FD: $5,900 DK: $5,600

Toronto's defense has slipped of late, and Boston's 105 team total is sneaky tonight. Toronto ranks 18th in efficiency against opposing small forwards, and Evan Turner is now drawing starts in place of Jae Crowder. He is averaging 11-5-4 over the last ten games, If you are looking for that mid-range price play I love Turner in this Boston offense.

Mason Plumlee (C - POR) FD: $5,200 DK: $4,600

Dallas ranks 21st in efficiency, and have allowed the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing centers in the last ten games. Mason Plumlee has been consistent of late, and minutes have trended upwards given a few injuries. Plumlee is averaging 9-7-3 in the last ten games, and 10-10-3 in the last five.
