This article was constructed on Wednesday, so obviously the weather situations could change between then and game time. However, as things stand, we are looking at some snow in Cleveland, Green Bay, and Buffalo with rain in Tennessee. That's something to be cognizant of as we move into the weekend ... Below we are taking a look at two cash game quarterbacks, two GPP quarterbacks, and a value. Opposing defenses, game theory, prices, and individual quarterback numbers are taken into account.

Despite drawing the Texans, who rank eighth overall in pass defense, Luck is my favorite QB play in all formats. Houston has actually dropped off on the defensive side of the ball, allowing Derek Carr, Philip Rivers, and Aaron Rodgers to post solid fantasy scores in three respective weeks. Not having J.J. Watt or Jadeveon Clowney in the pass rush has certainly contributed to the recent slide. Andrew Luck already roasted the Texans for 24 FP earlier this season, and now he gets them at home and worse off than previously. On top of that, this game will be played in a dome, making Luck immune to the troubling weather that other elite QBs have to deal with this weekend.
