Carr is coming off his worst game of the season, but this is a beautiful bounce-back situation against a Chargers team he posted 23 fantasy points on earlier this year. His recent dud was likely a combination of a short week, on the road, cold temperatures, and a strange failed incompletion on a should-have-been touchdown to Amari Cooper. Okay, enough lamenting from last week. The matchup at hand is a good one against this Chargers' pass defense that ranks 25th in the league. The Raiders have one of the highest implied totals of the week. Also, the weather should be very good, which is an added bonus considering what other QBs are dealing with around the country.
