A quick note before we dive into this article: I'm excluding the Monday Night Football game within this write-up. As you probably know, FanDuel has removed this game from their "main slate", meaning only Sunday games will count towards some of their prime contests. I wouldn't recommend Sam Bradford or Eli Manning this week anyway. However, in the case that I am interested in a Monday quarterback, I'm likely to briefly touch on the idea in this introduction, focusing the main write-ups on Sunday players ... Below we are taking a look at two cash game quarterbacks, two GPP quarterbacks, and a value. Opposing defenses, game theory, prices, and individual quarterback numbers are taken into account.

You can look at the opponent passing rank above, and it's not a misrepresentation. Sure, the sample size is lacking, but Atlanta has held a pretty casual pass defense over the past few years. So far this season, they have been carved up by Jameis Winston, Derek Carr, and Drew Brees. There's no reason to believe that Cam Newton can't continue that trend. Cam was the best fantasy quarterback in week two (vs San Francisco), but was otherwise lagging against the stout defenses of Denver and Minnesota. This draw represents more of the one where Cam excelled, and I believe you can squeeze him into a viable lineup with several cheap plays lined up at wide receiver and tight end.
