Each week we will be covering two top stacks, a value stack, and a contrarian stack. Playing two or more players from the same team can add to your ceiling, especially if that team goes off. Stacking is a great way to get an advantage in tournaments, and even cash games. We will narrow down projected fantasy points, ownership, and info for their matchups.

Matthew Stafford QB $8,200 $6,800 5-10 18.29 (DK), 18.08 (FD)

Golden Tate WR $6,400 $6,800 5-10 15.33 (DK), 11.14 (FD)

The Browns (as usual) are the worst team in the NFL (sorry, 49ers and Giants, but keep trying), and currently rank 28th against the pass, per Football Outsiders (FO). They are just one bye week removed from a game where they allowed Case Keenum to throw for nearly 300 yards and a pair of scores, and now will be tasked with slowing down the red-hot Marvin Jones and company. Jones now has 331 yards and 3 scores on a whopping 36 targets over the last three weeks, and should be a popular play across the board. I have little to no interest in the running game that has been wildly inconsistent, especially with Ameer Abdullah potentially being in the doghouse after having a case of butterfingers last week against Green Bay. Stafford has thrown for 312, 423, and 361 yards over the last three weeks. If the Brownies can keep this one close (easier said than done), the upside here is massive.

An unconventional stack for Week 10 is one that omits Ben Roethlisberger, but still gains you access to most (possibly all) of the touchdown and yardage upside for the Steelers. JuJu Smith-Schuster now has his own fan club after scoring twice in his last two games (including a 97-yarder against the Lions), and is a fine play in his own right, but is a viable fade in GPPs, due to his potentially high ownership in this spot. The Colts are still among the worst teams in the NFL, but have played competitive football at times of late. The Bell/Brown combo (as you should know by now) is the best mini stack in the NFL, and while it is a pricy one, the Steelers have one of the highest team totals of the week at 28 points. Omitting Ben and slotting the Steelers D/ST in your stack will set you apart, and has a huge floor/upside combo. The Colts rank 25th and 21st against the pass and run, respectively, per FO, and this defensive unit has allowed just 16.4 PPG this season, second-best in the NFL. Did I mention that the Colts have allowed the most PPG in the NFL at 28.9? Stack 'em up!

The Bucs rank 31st against the pass and 22nd against the run, and have been a dream matchup for opposing offenses. With Matt Forte missing practice once again, it is looking more and more likely that the combination of Powell and Elijah McGuire should get the bulk of the work in an ideal spot. Josh McCown has quietly been one of the most consistent producers at the QB position this season (10th among QBs on the main slate), and now faces a Tampa Bay defense that has allowed 272 yards and nearly 25 PPG this season. Anderson has now scored in three straight games, and comes at a very reasonable price tag on this slate, especially considering the matchup. This stack is extremely cheap on DraftKings, and plenty viable on FanDuel also. If Forte does suit up, he is a fade for me at what would likely be less than 100% health. I'll roll with the PPR darling Powell in this one, although some exposure to McGuire makes sense in GPPs as well if Forte isn't able to go.

Although it looks like Dez Bryant will likely play (he still hasn't practiced as of Thursday), Ezekiel Elliott has once again been suspended (this time for the full six weeks?), there looks to be some value on the Dallas side of the ball. Alfred Morris will draw the start (unless Zeke gets un-suspended again), and although Darren McFadden and Rod Smith are expected to get touches as well, I'm siding with the more experienced back. The Falcons rank 24th and 29th against the pass and run, per FO, and with Prescott and Williams syncing up last week to the tune of 9-141 (on just 9 targets, no less). Bryant could potentially be limited, and if that's the case, we could see Williams rack up yardage once again. Prescott has continued to be one of the most consistent gunslingers in the league, and his upside could be on full display this weekend without Zeke and a banged up #1 WR.
