Week 2 was a stronger performance out of the optimal lineups. Bucs D, Travis Kelce, Keenan Allen, Kareem Hunt, Zach Ertz, and J.J. Nelson were a few. Oh, and chalk Ty Montgomery. This week kicks off with only two games with totals over 50, while the rest are fairly lackluster. Lineup construction is looking more towards paying up at running back, which was different than last week using the value backs. Week 3 brings us some similar names from last week. Starting the cash lineup with Aaron Rodgers and Le'Veon Bell leaves you starting to go very balanced the rest of the way. Green Bay has a top five implied total on the weekend, and it seems like Jordy Nelson is going to play, however Randall Cobb may not. Either way, Rodgers at home is a high floor move, but you are paying to get it. Le'Veon Bell saw 31 touches last week, and is below $9,000. There was no doubt that he was going to find the lineup this week, after being glossed over last week. Good spot for Bell to break out this week, given Pittsburgh should give him the ball 30 times again.

Lets skip this middle area, because that is where I am going to get critical. Moving to Eric Ebron and Devonta Freeman, both are in a game where fantasy points should be flying. Ebron had a big game against New York, but the price tag was out before that game. Atlanta struggles against tight ends, and were bottom ten last season in fantasy points allowed. Leaning towards the Atlanta run game might be a sneaky move this week, and especially with Freeman.

Cleveland come in as three point favorites, against a bottom ten rush defense. Isaiah Crowell actually isn't being talked about, yet Cafe Value loves him. I can see the logic in this spot, which is actually a contrarian move given the majority of crowd are looking to go with Kizer and Higgins. The Colts allowed the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing backs last year.

The wide receiver core is something I am not on this week. Doug Baldwin is a victim of this bottom five offensive line, which has led to a bottom five offense to start the year. They are also going on the road where they usually struggle. Baldwin may breakout, but there are better options in cash games. Davante Adams, Kelvin Benjamin, and DeVante Parker are a few names that come to mind in the range I rather use. Demaryius Thomas I like in a contrarian sense, but in cash games I am not trusting Denver's passing game cross country. I mentioned Rishard Higgans, he is someone I rather use over Rishard Matthews this week. Bills defense are also not for me in cash games. Philly or Pittsburgh are the two I rather use.
