Week in and week out we are diving into the best value plays at various positions. Each week always plays out differently, especially when deciding what areas to spend down on, and where to spend up. While many articles point out the top values, we hope to guide you in lineup construction as well. Pricing on FanDuel generally ties into fantasy point outcome, where on DraftKings, matchups and ownership are baked into the algorithm a little more. Injuries, seasonal changes, and matchups all create value, and here at DFC we break that down for you. Our content is focused on the Main Slates, but you can find me answering questions in the comments, or on Twitter at @JGuilbault11. Premium access grants full list of value plays.

Eli Manning has opened up on two strong games, after some horrendous performances in the first two. The reason? Likely, Odell Beckham Jr. We know Manning's fantasy game is heightened when he plays, and that is looking like the case this week. The Giants have a reasonable three-plus touchdown home total, and get a Chargers secondary that is missing one of their main cornerbacks, Jason Verrett. After two poor weeks, Manning ranks QB10 on the season, and has completed the most passes in the NFL (116). The Chargers are middle of the road in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks this season, ranking 14th. Per Football Outsiders, they rank 20th in DVOA against the pass. While Manning isn't throwing the ball downfield like some of the others, he is throwing a ton. He has also been fairly efficient ranking top eight in completion percentage. At $7,000, we are getting a decent bargain for a QB with a 200-yard and two touchdown floor. If you have the extra $700, Dak Prescott is in a nice spot as well on the road against Green Bay. These two will be my primary quarterbacks in Week 5.
