The Oakland run defense is pretty bad; this we know. They ranked dead last in fantasy points allowed to opposing RB's last season, and they have given up a 90 yard, 1 TD per game average to ball-carriers so far this season. Jay Cutler is still out, and Alshon Jeffrey will be eased into action from a hamstring injury. Translation: Forte should see plenty of touches as Chicago's only real offensive weapon. Forte went 20-74 before the Bears waived the white flag at Seattle, and a home matchup against Oakland ranks on the opposite side of the run stopping spectrum. Forte's price is very cheap on DraftKings, where he holds more value with his PPR tendencies.

Week 4 seems like the week to go value at RB. I'm all over Murray especially in all formats.

I wish that Seattle played on Sunday. I really need to know Lynch's status. Love the Murray play.

I will own Murray in some tournys but mostly cash. I'm estimating a 25% tag on him, and I may rather roll the dice on Melvin Gordon at lower ownership against those browns at home. I LIKE Murray a lot as the volume will be there reguardless of game script, but those young Raiders traveling east against the worst team in football after all those trades has the looks and feel of nightmare all over it from a game perspective. I could be totally wrong here and maybe I'm getting too deep instead of just going by volume and matchup, but i feel like i've seen this episode before. What do you guys think?

I agree that we need to be careful with L. Murray as the price tag rises - for all the reasons you mentioned. I still believe that he is safe this week (due to matchup), but this is definitely in the back of my mind moving forward.
