You are viewing a daily MLB post featuring two lineups from our optimizer. An optimal 4-man stack has been included in each, and the optimizer was ran as is. Alongside the lineups, I will list some general info about the matchups and thought process of what was optimized. Feel free to comment or fire away with questions and be sure to check out our daily MLB content on the site.

FanDuel Lineup With Stack

With the prices of the Chicago right-handers, it was no surprise to see them as the optimal four man stack tonight. Especially given you can pair them with an expensive arm. Corey Kluber is going to be a nice pivot away from Clayton Kershaw, who come in as two of the top three options this evening. Going from Kershaw to Kluber gives you the ability to add in a Mookie Betts and Eric Thames. The remaining value plays aren't bad either. Tons of upside in this one with Richard struggling away from home, and these bats having plenty of upside with speed or power.

DraftKings Lineup With Stack

The Toronto stack pops up as the most optimal according to the optimizer, which leaves out the expensive first basemen in the stack. It is a warm muggy night in Texas, which bodes well for offenses. This game has one of the highest totals on the night, and the Jays bats are in a good spot against a low strikeout rate right-hander. I am not in love with Jake Odorizzi to make this stack work, which is my only gripe about the lineup, but in a tournament sure... Eric Thames makes another appearance as the the LO opts to use a value Miguel Cabrera at first. I am onboard with this one as well.
