This is for the 3 early games only on Fan Duel. I really wasn't sure about pitcher or catcher for these 3 games. I'm new at fantasy baseball.

P Masahiro Tanaka $9100 (NYY)

C Yan Gomes $2500 (CLE)

1B Mark Teixeira $2800 (NYY)

2B Jason Kipnis $3000 (CLE)

3B Alex Rodriguez $2800 (NYY)

SS Francisco Lindor $3300 (CLE)

OF Mookie Betts $4000 (BOS)

OF Lorenzo Cain $3800 (KAN)

OF Carlos Beltran $3200 (NYY)

Thanks, that's good info to have. But, I am slightly confused by the comment as the Yankees are playing the Astros.

my mistake I totally looked at the games wrong. In that case he is a great pitcher as the Astor's K a lot.

@illkid While I do believe in stacking I am not a huge fan of that lineup. I don't target pitchers against the Royals in GPPs as their upside is limited as the Royals don't strike out a lot. I also will not play a hitter against my pitcher. I would find a way to get Granderson in your Mets stack and think about switching up Syndergaard.

Here is my 50/50 FD lineups. Yesterday my tweaked lineup hit 204pts which is a good start.

@meatballs I don't see anything that jumps out at me as non plays

@AmayasMama in cash games, I wouldn't use Tanaka against a potent Houston offense and would lean toward paying the extra $600 for Kluber. In GPPs, Tanaka is appealing because, as Zach noted, the Astros strikeout a bunch. Kipnis is an easy fade since he's bad against lefties and Price is elite. Neil Walker is my preferred choice at second base and will provide you the savings needed to move up to Kluber. Since I'm advocating using Kluber, I'd spin off of Betts to Cespedes. I say all of this, but if you're entering that lineup in a GPP, the only change I think you really must make is pulling Kipnis.

@illkid131313 I'll echo some of the same points as Zach. I love Thor, but the Royals make so much contact that it limits the upside of even the elite hurlers against them. I'd prefer Kluber to Thor, and I love the low over/under total of 6 runs that Pinnacle Sports has posted. Spinning down from Hanley Ramirez to Rajai Davis would be the other move I'd make. That puts you within $200 of upgrading from Thor to Kluber (not sure if you have any leftover salary), and swapping in Davis would mean you won't have a hitter facing your new pitcher and you'll be grabbing a guy who hits lefties hard -- who also happens to be leading off.

@meatballs The Tigers are expected to keep V-Mart on the bench in the National League Park, so I'd spin off of him to Derek Norris. Norris kills lefties and Kazmir's velo was down in the spring. Norris also has a good lineup spot slotting second. I prefer Crawford to Segura at $2,700 -- even though I usually hate going full-blown max stacks in 50/50s -- and prefer J.D. Martinez to Justin Upton -- though that's only by a hair. You've got the chalk cornerstones in Belt/Panik/Cruz, so you get two thumbs up from me.

well here's my gpp dk lineup thoughts

@nygiants I will let Josh really go in depth on your lineup but for me I personally like to spend up and get sure things at pitching. Pitching is king in baseball and I don't see the upside in your pitchers.

yea I hear ya kind of a slack day at pitcher though
