Forecasting Analysis

OAK@CLE

Off an on rain will fall much of the day near the shores of Lake Erie. Luckily, by this evening the rain will be in the process of leaving and only a few leftover showers are expected during the hours of the game. Here is what the radar is predicted to look like this evening:

Some showers will likely impact the game. The risk of PPD is low but not nonexistent. LOW CHANCE OF A PPD; LOW TO PERHAPS MODERATE RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S)

HOU@DET

The same weather setup found in CLE will also impact DET. Here is a closeup of what their radar could look like this evening:

Basically the same description for CLE can be used for DET. LOW CHANCE OF A PPD; LOW TO PERHAPS MODERATE RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S)

COL@NYM

A solid shield of rain will pass through the Big Apple this evening.

Current radar:

The computer modelling I use is not doing a good job catching the rain moving into NYC now. Thus, we forecast off the radar. And it shows several hours of rain to go through. They may have a tough time getting this one in.

MODERATE RISK OF A PPD; MODERATE TO HIGH RISK OF SOME SORT OF DELAY(S)

KC@TEX

A few scattered thunderstorms will be found in the skies over northern Texas this evening. Should not be a huge deal as seen below:

VERY LOW CHANCE OF A PPD; LOW CHANCE OF ANY SORT OF DELAY(S)
