MLB Slate Breakdown - 10/1

GPP's for me only, and that may be the case the rest of the way.

The Braves-Nationals game is the one with bigger weather concerns, which sucks taking Stras out of the picture.

I will be rolling Hill and Corbin a lot tonight, mixing in some Duffey as well.

The Sox run total is 3.5 tonight, which I think is a little crazy. I like that game for offense on the Boston side, and Angels-Rangers as well.

Can we get one game from the Diamondbacks where they score some runs?

Ultimate contrarian play tonight is to stack the Yankees against Hill. He has been phenomenal, but he's still a 35 year old who couldn't stay in the majors most of his career. Not saying I'm not playing him (especially if we can't go Stras), but if you want to set yourself apart, that's the way to go IMO. I'm all over Corbin. I love him tonight in this matchup. May have to consider some Danks in GPP also? #NarrativeStreet!. I'll also mix in a few shares of Duffey. He's been great over the last month or so. I'm with you on GPP play, without Stras, it seems like the way to go.

Being just outside of DC that game is looking shaky at the moment. I also agree only GPPs especially with the way teams have been changing lineups and pulling guys lately.

It's been a mess, but a fun season. Time to turn the page to fall sports!!
