Anyone think we see just a casual pitch limit on Jake Arrieta tonight? I mean he should dominate the Brewers anyway, but something to note with the wild card game coming.

Trying to find offenses with something to play for, which means the Rangers, Angels, Twins are all at the top of the list.

Houston too, but De La Rosa is tough on right-handed bats.

Red Sox are likely to put out lineups like they did last night over the next few games, and I heard Ortiz is shutdown for the year. We can still fire up Mookie though!

I'm with you here. I'm hesitant on Arrieta a little bit for that reason. Could certainly end up dominating over 6 innings or so, but I don't envision a scenario where he goes and throws 100+ pitches. There are plenty of viable options, including Keuchel, Liriano, Iwakuma, and Sale. I think I'll once again stick to GPPs as we finish out the season. Too much uncertainty with these lineups/motivation for me to invest heavily into cash games any more this season. If I had to choose though, I'd probably lean Liriano, but even he could (potentially?) be pulled before his full compliment of pitches? All speculation of course, but there isn't a lot of concrete evidence either way that I have seen. All over the Giants as my favorite contrarian stack tonight against Kyle (AA talent) Kendrick.

Sale, Iwakuma, and Keuchel seem to be the safer options in the pitch count department. I might even invest in Keuchel a little more for the wild card race narrative he has with him, they need a big game from him tonight.

This will likely be my last night playing, can't see sites putting up bigger GPP's on the weekend.

Gotta love any stack against Kyle Kendrick!

Guessing on pitch limits and the like is maddening this time of year. You guys have aired a viable concern with Arrieta, and I definitely don't think he'll go past 100 pitches, but I don't know how much Joe Maddon will want to tinker with Arrieta beyond that. With as well as he's pitched in the second half, would you want to change anything about what he's doing much? On DraftKings, I'm really liking Gio Gonzalez and Julio Teheran for GPPs. Both are affordable, Gonzalez has big strikeout potential, and Teheran is a completely different pitcher at home (for the better). As for offenses, I'm loving the game in Texas tonight, but I will also get some shares of bats against Kendrick tonight, too. Brandon Crawford is the batter who stands out the most to me from the Giants. He should be a great swerve off of Lindor tonight in GPPs.
