Odell Brown or Green? Or which combination of WRs are you taking for cash?

Do you believe in a two top tier WR for cash?

Hi, Im playing the Sunday only slate. I'm in 50/50 and double ups. here is my lineup.

  • QB C. Newton RB C. Anderson RB D. Williams WR K. Benjamin WR M. Sanu WR W. Fuller TE E. EbronK W. Lutz D Seahawks

How safe is CJ Anderson? It looks when he gets 20+ touches he is money, are we positive like D Williams he is going to get the 20+ touches? Do you roster both?

Building FD 50/50 lineups how does this look?

Stafford to Green are self explanatory, but I do like Thomas. Week 1 shoot out 6 targets, 6 receptions, 58 yards and now he goes into another very high projected scoring game. At $5,000 who else really has the upside of Thomas? While the stats are not screaming in Virgil Green's favor for week 1, he looked good to start and his line could have been offset by a huge what if Siemian found him when he was wide open in the end zone? Even if we don't play the what if game the 5 targets, 4 receptions for 28 yards while not spectacular was against one of the best defenses in the Panthers, so at $4600 and frankly a piss poor WR game I think Siemian looks for Anderson but follows up with Green. Jason Myers is the best cheap $4,500 kicker and that isn't totally because his 13 pt game week one but because Jax Vs SD is projected to be fairly close with SD by 3 and a total of 47.5. Not to mention last year Myers had a 15 pt game against SD.

Defense I am undecided but at $4,400 it's kind of a toss up? Packers, Lions, Vikings, Rams all seem to me like boom or bust plays. Which woudl you choose

@jrasero I don't believe in saying I have to have two players at any position for cash games. That really limits you from building the best lineups. Salary is the last thing I look at when building my lineups. Just because a player is expensive does not mean he is worth his salary and vice versa. As far as your lineup goes Anderson is a must for me in cash games. I would much rather have Beasley or Kerley in cash games for their floor than Thomas. I don't mind your punts but on defense in cash games I prefer to pay up for sure things. Out of what you have mentioned the Packers are safest for me.

@koba I don't mind the lineup at all for GPPS but in cash games I think you are handcuffing yourself at wide receiver. There are plenty of cheaper quarterbacks than Newton that are likely to score more than Newton. You can also spin off of one of your expensive running backs to spend up at wide out

OK here is my revised lineup for cash games. Thank you for the help.

QB A. Dalton

RB C.J. Anderson

RB M. Gordon

WR. A.J. Green

WR W. Fuller

WR K. Benjamin

TE E. Ebon

K W. Lutz

D Seahawks

@koba I am not a fan of the changes. Anderson is the back I would rather have for cash. Ware is beat up and the Chiefs will be down two lineup. Would much rather have a Matthews, Langford type back. Also not a fan of Fuller in cash games. He had one great game against a bad defense and he needs to show me more. I would spin him down to a high target cheap guy like Beasley or Kerley of the 49ers. You could then go back up at quarterback to a Manning or even Newton.

Okay looks like you edited the lineup while I was posting this not a fan of Gordon at all in cash he has lost his touches to Woodhead

sorry I did but ill follow your advice on the first lineup. thank you

Hey fellas. How do these lineups look? 4 Man winner take all contest:. How do you guys feel about Bortles this week?

@giantsfan I don't mind Bortles this week at his price at all. I like the first lineup better than the second even though I am not that high on Gordon or Brown this week. I personally would switch Gordon to Yeldon or Langford if your contest includes the Monday night game. I also would much rather have OBJ than Brown this week. If you make those changes you would then have some wiggle room to upgrade your tight end.

Thanks Zach. Made a few adjustments. Does this look better? Could also use Fleener over Barnidge. Who do you prefer this week?

@giantsfan love the changes and I am huge Barnridge fan

Trying to decide between these for Sunday-only, DK cash games. Not sold on Pitta but also not a Murray fan. I'd typically rather have Rawls than Murray at their price point but I'm thinking Seattle may continue to limit his carries to ease him back. Any thoughts on how to improve either or both lineups? Thanks!

@mdpatter first think I would do is spend down at running back. Playing two high end running backs in cash games really limits you. There is a ton of value at the position that I would switch Johnson for a value and spend up at wide receiver. I also would look for a different tight end rather than Pita. Rawls is also good to go this week and should get the bulk of the carriers for the Seahawks.

Here is my DK cash lineup.

I like Blount to get alot of carries as the Pats are up much the game. The Woodhead/Rivers/Williams connection I love in the passing game. I think Anderson and Sanders are the key weapons against a bad Indy defense. SEA vs LA Rams seems too obvious to ignore after how bad LA looked.

@mlb I agree with everything you have said. Only draw back I can see is you are putting a lot of eggs in one basket so to speak. I like the lineup overall that is just something to think about

I got ya. If Rivers and SD struggle, I am toast.

@mlb exactly but I don't think they do struggle in a game that is projected to be a shootout

Zach, made minor change. Good or Bad? Swapped out Green for ARob, and Kerley for Fuller. The 3 Jags stack a good idea? 4 Man winner take all
