Well week two on FD was a bust!

But we move on...

Early but for cash on FD Sunday slate what do you think?

I like Rodgers $8,900 vs Det, Luck $8,700 for SD, and on the other side cheaper at QB Rivers $8,000. Both Rodgers and Luck had tough match ups week 2 but now get game script which could allow them to get 25+ FD pts.

D Williams has been week 1 & 2 ride or die, but at $8,800 I am fading. I like Forte $7,500 who has been on fire and has had 52 rushing attempts and in two averaging 23.95 pts. I like Murray $7,700 who gets the Raiders defense, has 12 receptions, 2 receiving TD, and is averaging 19.1 pts. With Woodhead out Melvin Gordon at $7,100 is expensive for well Melvin Gordon but 159 yards rushing, 3 rushing TD, 18.6 average pts, and 24 rushing attempts week 2 when wood head went out I feel Gordon against Indiana is a solid play.

Last week was all about the Benjamin's (Kelvin & Travis) and week 3 I am saying go Kelvin again even against the tough Vikings D. We saw how a competitive game week two against SF really elevated Cam's and Benjamin's fantasy stats and I think this week shouldn't be any different. Kelvin is producing like a WR1 but is listed at WR2 pricing. His 22.2 average is just too good to ignore. My 2nd go to guy is Larry Fitzgerald at $7,600. Arizona is favored and we saw how NYJ tore up Buffalo. Fitzy has 21 targets, 3 TD, and 162 total yards, while averaging 20.6 pts, straight cash. My third guy is Eric Decker $7,300 who gets a tough KC defense but the Jet's in total have almost too many weapons for KC to handle since they have been feeding ALL of their WR none stop with Ryan Fitzpatrick not afraid to gun the ball. Decker has had a TD in each of the first two games, getting at least 7 targets a game, and averaging 16 pts, For my cheaper end I have siz guys Jordan Matthews, Marvin Jones Jr, Travis Benjamin at $6,900 and Stefon Diggs $6,400 and Mike Wallace $6,500, and Quincy Enunwa $6,000. First Matthews is averaging 11.5 targets and has 185 total yards. Against Chicago he was good and was a drop ball away from a very good night. Against Pit I think he has an even better game. MJJ while not registering a TD has put up some nice numbers with 203 total yards while being targeted 10/11 times. He does have to face a harder GB defense but the game has one of the highest totals of the day. Whether or not Travis Benjamin can reproduce week 2's 26.4 pts or not it is encouraging to see his target to reception ratio to remain high and that SD is very bare without Woodhead or Allen. Mike Wallace has been Baltimores go to guy. 3 TD and a 17.9 pt average is nice at bellow sub $7,000. Stefon leading the league in yards at 285, and has been a target monster with 9/11. Peterson is out and Diggs has looked great will they pass more? The one BIG hesitation is that Minnesota is going up against the Panthers yet on the other hand we all saw how the Panthers let SF creep back in the game. My last guy is Enunwa who has looked great. The Jets don't really utilize a TE and have shown that they will just feed Forte, Marshall, and Decker. Marshall has struggled and Enunwa has really stepped up averaging 13.6 pts, 8/6 targets, and 146 yards total, I am not big on the match up and his health is somewhat a concern like Decker's.

TE I say pay down do Jesse James $4,500 or Pitta $5,000. Pitta IMO has more upside since week 2 showed he is a target hog, but at $5,000 I'd rather spread that out to other positions for cash.

Kicker

Defense you can go a lot of directions but I love the Dolphins. At $4,600 they get the Browns check, and number two they get a rookie 3rd string QB double check.

which one better for week 3 FD 50/50 Sunday slate only

@jrasero can you please go to your profile and update your user name to remove your email. As far as lineups go I personally like lineup one better for cash games. Lineup two has GPP written all over it for me as I am not a fan of McKinnon even though he is cheap or the Bucs in cash games.

Melvin Gordon on FD at $7,100 for cash for pay down for Gore at $5,700?

What are your feeling on playing Kelvin Benjamin and or Stefon Diggs? Safe to play both or just one or fade?

@awesome I don't mind the lineup at all even though I am not a huge fan of Murray in GPPs. I just feel there are a lot of other running backs that are cheaper with more upside that would allow you to get some of the stud wide outs in your lineups. As far as your kicker question make sure to check out the article Denny writes about kickers each week to help you with that aspect of your lineups.

@yankeecat Gordon is a must for me in cash against what has been the leagues worst run defense so far this season. Especially with him being the clear go to back. I am personally playing both of those wide outs especially Diggs as this is the last week you will be able to get him at a major discount.

@yankee for me its Benjamin all day every day as he is by far the top wide out on his team but I don't mind Cooper at all. For your lineups I like the second one the best but personally would rather have Lambo as my kicker.

This is my 50/50 line for both FD and DK what you think? I also thinking about RB J.McKinnon as an option also

@meatballs while I don't hate it in cash games I want running backs that are going to get the majority of my teams touches. That rules out Forsett. I also would rather have DeAngelo in cash over Johnson even though I know I am in the minority with that move. I don't mind McKinnon but still have him as GPP as he is in a time share. Look at someone like Charles Sims if you need a cheap running back. I also think Diggs at his prices is near a must play for cash as this is the last week he will be super cheap.

Thinking of using these lineups in a survivor tournament I feel pretty good about all three is there anything I could do to make them safer plays

@illkid while I don't mind that lineup in GPPs games I am not a huge fan of Walford who is not consistent with some of the other options out there or Crowell. Crowell has been great this season but is likely to face stacked boxes with Kessler at QB. The Dolphins are also huge favorites which would lead to the Browns passing the ball and if that does indeed happen Crowell is not going to be in the game. There are better ways to use your flex in your games than Crowell.

@bthizz not a fan of first lineup for survivor. See my above comment on Crowell. OBJ is actually not a wide out I want as his prices right now. Not only is he having to go against Josh Norman all weekend but with the added weapons to the Giants Eli is spreading the ball around. There are better options than OBJ this week. Don't mind your other two lineups but I personally would spend down at kicker and upgrade Mike Wallace in lineup two.
