Cash Game Projections

While the Seahawks are certainly a worry in terms of their defense with cash game quarterbacks involved, Drew Brees at home is always something I'm willing to entertain. He doesn't have many stacking options that i'd like to put with him, but overall, he's an interesting 'naked' play. Matt Forte and LeGarrette Blount are two really strong running back options at really, really cheap prices. They both bring heavy workload potential to the table, and are facing teams that should set game-flow in the correct direction. The Cleveland Browns run defense is one of the worst in the league, and with Forte, his workload is largely dependent on who he's facing. Blount is once again in a position to score rushing touchdowns. The last few games have been a clear indicator that just because Tom Brady is back, doesn't mean Blount's role will evaporate. Blount is coming of a 100 plus rushing yard and two touchdown performance, and should be considered a strong candidate to score again this week.

Randall Cobb and Ty Montgomery are great options in a great matchup. While Jordy Nelson will likley struggle with Desmond Trufant all afternoon, Cobb and Montomgery will have the advantage of playing against some of the weaker defenders in the Falcons lineup. With that considered and how Aaron Rodgers peppered them with targets last game, it's fair to believe both are in a great spot to get a lot of targets once again. Especially at their reduced priced, I'm happy with them as cash game options. Not much needs to be said about Julio Jones against the weak Packers secondary. Especially with one fewer weapon with Tevin Coleman being out, the Falcons have a great opportunity to beat the Packers deep in the secondary, a place they've struggled all season. Julio is expensive, but worth the price.

Kyle Rudolph is once again a touchdown threat, and should be able to find himself a few red-zone targets after a bye week and string of tough matchups. The Vikings offense looked bad against the Eagles on the road, but the Bears are a much more fantasy-friendly team. With the News that C.J. Anderson is going to miss multiple weeks with a knee injury, insert Devontae Booker into almost any lineup. He's the ultimate cash game option this week, and there's no real debate about it.

The Houston Texans are a great streaming defense and their price is a really nice value. They face a Lions offense that's struggled on the road, but has done well at home. They're coming off a big win last week, and could probably keep the ownership down for how good the matchup is.

GPP Projections

Cam Newton isn't someone I'm interested in, if anything, I'd be using the Cardinals defense and hoping Newton continues on his high turnover pace. Devonta Freeman is a great option, especially with Tevin Coleman out of the lineup. The Packers have a good run defense, but with the type of usage Freeman should see, he should have enough versatility to cut them apart in many different ways. With Dwayne Allen out another week, it's all systems go for Jack Doyle against the Chiefs. While Donte Moncrief has been practicing and could play, that will likely just take away from Chester Rodgers and the other rag-tag bunch that they've been throwing out there the last few weeks. He's still very cheap, and is someone to think about in all formats.

Stack

For the second straight week, the Falcons pop up as the top stacking group of the week. They have a really nice floor against the Packers secondary, and are viable in cash game formats.

Lineup Including StackTools

Even before looking at this stack lineup, I was pondering how many Drew Brees lineups I was going to make. This is a solid combination for him in terms of lineup construction, and I certainly have no qualms about Brandin Cooks and Mark Ingram. This should be kept to tournament only formats, though, as they do face a tough defense, even if it is in the dome.
