Cash Game Projections

I love Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers offense this week at home against the Colts. With Jordy Nelson catching a deep target and Davante Adams looking like he's finally getting the hang of this NFL thing, Rodgers has found himself throwing seven touchdowns in his last two games, and a dream matchup against a weak secondary. He's certainly expensive, but he's absolutely worth paying up for in all formats. Theo Riddick is certainly at a nice price, but with the Vikings defense considered, it's tough to talk yourself into him. If you're desperate for a value running back he's viable in tournaments, but I'd avoid in cash games. Melvin Gordon has been a strong DFS option all season and this week is no different. Despite scoring 10 touchdowns on the season and rushing for over 100 yards last week against the Broncos, Gordon is still priced under $30. His usage is so in his favor compared to the rest of the running back landscape, especially in his price range, it makes it very viable to use him in cash games regardless of matchup.

Mike Wallace is an interesting play with the updated news that Steve Smith is still missing practice off the bye week. Wallace is facing one of his former teams, and should be in line for a big target-share if Smith is out. Wallace is coming of a game where he saw over ten targets, and should be in for a similar outlook this week. Mohamed Sanu isn't someone I'm on this week unless we hear reports that Julio Jones is still limited and not going to get his usual amount of targets. Sanu's fantasy scoring was a bit fluky last week, although he has been a favorite of Matt Ryan's throughout the year. Brian Quick isn't in my lineup construction this week. While the Panthers secondary has been questionable this year, I'm not targeting the Rams passing game unless I'm using Lance Kendricks.

Travis Kelce is certainly viable on this week of tight ends, but he's coming off a big week and has been mostly inconsistent this year with his per week targets. With Nick Foles potentially starting, that could open up the passing game a bit, but as we know with Foles career, it could be a complete disaster as well. He's a nice tournament play, but I'd keep him to that. Ezekiel Elliott needs to be in all of your lineups on all sites this week, and it's not open to discussion. He's facing a putrid Browns defense and Elliott plus his offensive line have run over every opponent so far this year, and this weekend won't be any different. The Raiders aren't in my lineup construction this week, I'd much rather pay up for Denver or Minnesota.

GPP Projections

Love the swap onto Jordy Nelson to make it a stack with Aaron Rodgers. If you could add in Davante Adams I think that would be an optimal stack for this week. While I love Amari Cooper and don't mind his price, I have a strict 'no fly zone' rule on wide receivers against the dominant Broncos secondary. It's worth a shot, but it's risky. Stefon Diggs is at a great price for his upside against this Lions secondary, and should be considered a strong cash game option if you can fit him in.

Stack

This is very dependent on what the reports say about Julio Jones. If he's good to go, then I love this stack, if not, I'd just wait it out until next week for him. If Julio is limited in any facet, that obviously shifts the perception of Matt Ryan. Devonta Freeman is certainly in play in all formats, but he's expensive, obviously and that's something you're going to have to consider if you play him.

Lineup Including StackTools

If you're not going to play Ezekiel Elliott, this is the way to build a lineup. The Packers stack along with some nice upside plays like Kelce, Cooper and Melvin Gordon. If you're going to play a cheap defense, then the Saints are the way to do it.
