Bulk load from Line up generator to DK

I always get an error of players not in DK database when I try to import line ups to DK.
I use FF and have no trouble doing the bulk load from rotogrinders line up builder.
I am using their FF extension because I don't find one for this site

Same problem here from CHROME, I seen something on roto about the CSV and if it doesnt load right you have to do something. I am yet to search here for the fix..

It only attempts to load players first name from here which is strange since its more informative than roto.

If an answer is found I will gladly pass it on.. (I'm sure it's simple but I am no whiz here)
