There is a exposure tab next to the models to click on, and it will go green. Once you do that, you can edit exposures in the player pool below. They are editable fields, just have to click the tab on to unlock. If you want to do global exposure, you can check that and change to whatever percentage exposure for everyone. In the advanced options pop up you have set exposure for a group of players, positions, or teams. These are a few ways to do it, let me know if you need any more help or a further run down.
