With Carey Price shelved, Mike Condon has stepped in, and has played just as well. He has an awesome quality start percentage, in eight starts this season. He has only allowed three goals once this season, while shutting down the opposition in the others. Montreal has been very solid defensively, allowing 1.88 goals per game. Montreal are -178 favorites tonight, and considering the price, Condon is one of my favorite options in all formats.

The Stars top two lines continue to dominate the NHL, and our fantasy world. Minnesota had a solid defense last season, but have fallen around the league average so far this season, allowing 2.67 goals per game. Seguin fires a ton of shots on goal, leading the league, and is racking up points at a premium. The Stars continue to lead the league in goals per game, and they will continue to lead the list of possible stack options.

Montreal are likely candidates to exceed the over three goals total tonight, with a -170 line there. Max Pacioretty continues to put up points on a nightly basis, and has eight in the last ten games. Montreal has the third best power play percentage in the NHL (27%), and are scoring over 3.5 goals per game. Colorado has been mediocre on defense this season, allowing 2.75 goals per game.

Zdeno Chara is not a offensive defenseman by any means, but at these prices, for his recent production, why not? He has five points in the last ten games, and eight in 13 games this season. He logs a ton of ice time, and the Bruins offense has flipped the script. They have one of the best power play percentages in Hockey, and are scoring the third most goals per game.

Patrick Marleau (W), Sharks

The California hockey teams have been unreliable when given a great matchup, and tonight we find ourselves in the same situation. Buffalo has the 5th worst power play killing percentage in hockey, and are allowing 2.75 goals per game. With the offense in San Jose, they should really be posting better numbers, but fall around the league average in offense. Marleau has a sneaky small price tag on both sites, and I love him on the first power play unit.

Value Plays

Tobias Rieder (W - ARI) FD: $4,100 DK: $5,300

You will find two Coyotes players in the value section today, because the whole team is cheap, and they play Columbus. They are allowing 3.53 goals per game, while Arizona continues to be a sneaky offense. They are scoring a shade under three goals per game, and Rieder is a first line player to target.

Jason Demers (D - DAL) FD: $4,600 DK: $4,100

There is so much scoring power on Dallas, their cheap defenseman should find themselves on the end of a goal. Jason Demers has seven points in the last ten games, skating on the second unit of the power play. Both units have been phenomenal this season, with the second best percentage.

Leo Komarov (C/W - TOR) FD: $4,200 DK: $3,400

Leo Komaraov is on the first line for tonight's game, making him a dirt cheap value play. He has five goals this season, which is up top for the team. For these prices, he can allow some bigger names, and you will not be sacrificing ice time.

Martin Hanzel (C - ARI) FD: $5,300 DK: $4,300

Once again, Martin Hanzel is still super cheap, and has 15 points in 14 games this season. He is a playmaker, with 13 assists this season, and should find himself with a couple of helpers tonight.
