Petr Mrazek has been stout for most of this season, ranking sixth in goals again average and save percentage. He has been stumbling of late, with a 2.85 GAA in the last ten games. He will get a chance to bounce back against Winnipeg, after two horrendous starts against Chicago. Winnipeg rank 20th in the NHL in goals per game (2.6), and rank 16th in shots per game (29.8). Detroit are heavy home favorites, and Mrazek enters tonight as one of my favorite guys between the pipes.

Winnipeg has struggled to keep out of the net this season, and also struggle staying out of the penalty box. They rank 26th in goals allowed per game (3.0), and have allowed the the third most power-plays goals (53). The top Wings' line is one I am looking to stack tonight, and Datsyuk is a guy worth looking at even if you are not. He has two points in the last three games, and I am anticipating more tonight. Winnipeg has allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing centers this season.

Anytime the Edmonton Oilers are on a slate, you will be wanting to attack them. They have allowed 2.9 goals per game this season, ranking 25th in the league. They also have a middle of the road PK%. Ryan Suter never really jumps off the page at anyone, but he has 45 points on the season, and 17 of those coming on the man advantage. Edmonton has allowed the fourth most fantasy points to opposing defenseman this season, and I will be pairing Suter up with the man below.

Brad Marchand is having a career best season, and one that is quite un-expecting. Marchand has six points in the last four games, and the goals keep on coming. Carolina has been slightly above average on the defensive side this season, which might keep Boston's ownership down tonight, given the appearance of a lack of upside. Marchand is in a solid spot tonight as Boston's offense is really clicking. Carolina ranks 17th in goals against this season, but 27th in save percentage.

In the midst of a slump Zach Parise can break out of it tonight against Edmonton. He hasn't scored since 2/15, but that could all change tonight. Edmonton has allowed the second most fantasy points per game to opposing left wingers, and the third most goals per game. Minnesota has solid team odds to score three or more tonight, and I am banking on that to happen given a home matchup against Edmonton. Parise's price tag matched with recent production should keep his ownership fairly average.

Value Plays

Justin Abdelkader (W - DET) FD: $4,400 DK: $4,800

Like I said, the Detroit top line is one I am eying tonight. Justin Abdelkader is the value play from this game, who gets the benefit of playing with Datsyuk and Zetteberg. Winnipeg has allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing left wingers. Get your value here!

Jordan Staal (C - CAR) FD: $5,300 DK: $4,500

Jordan Staal has taken over on the top line, and is on the top powerplay unit as well. Tuukka Rask has been shaky at home, and the Bruins are not the defensive team they used to be. Boston has allowed the seventh most fantasy points per game to opposing centers.

Aaron Ekblad (D - FLA) FD: $4,400 DK: $4,900

Florida is in a great spot tonight against Ottawa, who have allowed the fourth most goals per game, and the fifth most fantasy points per game to opposing defenseman. Aaron Ekblad is a cheaper defenseman who leads the power-play unit, as well as skates on the top line. Ottawa ranks 29th in PK% (74%).
