Playoffs are underway, and we are heading into a four game slate. If you missed last night's action - Tampa Bay 3 - Detroit 2 -- Pittsburgh 5 - New York 2 -- St. Louis 1 - Chicago 0. We will be going game-by-game to breakdown DFS targets, lines, and Vegas stats.

Philadelphia Flyers (+193) @ Washington Capitals (-216)

The Flyers narrowly made the playoffs, and will have their shot to take down the President Trophy winning Capitals. I am having trouble seeing Philly come away with goals in this series, as Washington allowed just 2.33 goals per game over the course of the season. Braden Holtby in net, also possesses a problem for the Flyers. He was dominant this season, with a 2.23 GAA, and a .921 SV%. Washington are heavy favorites on the slate, and Holtby is your safest option at home. The first line of Washington is in play, Alex Ovechkin, Nicklas Backstrom, and T.J. Oshie. Philadelphia ranked fourth in penalty minutes per game this season (11.78), putting the Capitals' PP unit on the map. Justin Williams and Marcus Johansson are two second line players who see time on the first power-play unit. Then you have John Carlson who is one of my favorite defenseman on the slate. He had 14 PP points, out of his season 39, with a 16 +/-. He finished the regular season strong, with eight points in the last ten games.

If you are looking to build multiple lineups, or be contrarian, Claude Giroux, Wayne Simmonds, and Shayne Gostisbehere are the offense weapons for the Flyers. Tough to see them coming through against this Washington defense, and Holtby however.
