Jamie Benn $9,500 / LW $8,600/ W 15-20%

Patrick Sharp $7,000 / RW $7,100 / W 7-12%

We return from the All-Star break with a juicy 12 game slate to exploit tonight, with some huge tournaments across the industry, especially on Draftkings. As I've done on many a Tuesday this season, the big line in Dallas is on my radar tonight. There is a serious special team mismatch here, with the Stars 5th ranked power-play up against the 27th ranked penalty killing unit for the Jets. The Jets are actually even worse on home ice on the penalty kill at 75.3%, good for third to last in the whole league. This line was re-united a few weeks ago, and they've been lethal when together this year, with a Corsi For Percentage of 58.7% (via Puckalytics). Other Stars I like tonight for tournaments are Jason Spezza, John Klingberg, Jason Demers and Alex Goligoski. Avoid goalies on both teams in what should be a high scoring affair.

Name FD Salary/Position DK Salary/Position Estimated Ownership
Taylor Hall $7,800 / LW $7,000/ W 10-15%
Leon Draisatl $4,800/ C $5,000 / C 10-15%
Teddy Purcell $4,600 / RW $4,000 / W 0-5%

It's tough to predict ownership on such a huge slate of games, but I do think this Oilers line will be a popular one. This line has consistently produced when together this year, and have a very solid CF% of 56% (via Puckalytics). The Oilers will be at close to fill strength for the first time in a couple months with the return of #1 pick Connor McDavid to the lineup from a broken clavicle. The second line of McDavid, Eberle and Pouliot will carry much lower ownership, with the same upside as well, and will be a staple of quite a few tournament lineups for me. Pricing for all of the Oilers is reasonable on Draftkings, and Draisatl should be one of the higher owned players on Fanduel with his sub 5K price tag. The Oilers power play hasn't been firing on all cylinders lately, but I expect the return of McDavid to be the cure to all that ails them on the man advantage.

Wayne Simmonds $7,800 / LW $6,100/ W 10-15%
Claude Giroux $6,500/ C $6,800 / C 10-15%
Jakub Voracek $7,800 / RW $5,800 / W 10-15%

This line has been absolute fire flames lately, combining for six goals over their last ten games and a CF% of 56.7% for the season. The match up is a good one tonight too, as they face the Canadiens on home ice. Mike Condon is in net for Montreal, which means I will be targeting players against him as I normally do. He's an average NHL goalie at best, with an adjusted save percentage of 91.78% putting him in the bottom third of the league for goalies who've played at least 300 minutes so far this season (via War On Ice). Shayne Gostisbehere is also a great play on defence tonight, as he shares time on the first unit power play with the three above and Brayden Schenn, who also is an interesting value play tonight with points in his last three games.

Contrarian Corner

Name FD Salary/Position DK Salary/Position Estimated Ownership
Andrew Shaw $5,400 / LW $4,100/ W 3-8%
Tuevo Teravainen $4,700/ RW $3,800 / W 0-5%
Marian Hossa $6,100 / RW $5,300 / W 5-10%

The Hawks will be my favorite team to stack tonight, even without captain Jonny Toews in the lineup. Toews missed the all-star game with an illness, so he received the automatic one game suspension that goes with it, a very stupid rule in my opinion. Never the less, Teuvo 'Turbo' Teravainen slots into his spot between Hossa and Shaw, and provides some huge upside for a minimal price tag. The Hawks 4th ranked power play should feast against an inept penalty kill in Colorado that kills under 80% of penalties against. The Kane-Anisimov-Panarin line for Chiacgo should be heavily owned tonight, and for good reason, as they've combined for 33 goals together this year, by far the most for any line. Duncan Keith and Brent Seabrook also make for great plays on defence tonight.

Name FD Salary/Position DK Salary/Position Estimated Ownership
Filip Forsberg $7,000 / LW $5.900/ W 5-10%
Ryan Johansen $7,200/ C $5,900 / C 5-10%
James Neal $6,500 / RW $5,800 / W 5-10%

I've been waiting for head coach Peter Laviolette to finally put this trio back together, and it looks like he knocked some sense into himself over the all star break. In just under 40 minutes on the ice together this year, this line has a RIDICULOUS CF% of 70.8% (via Puckalytics). Their prices on Draftkings will make them a huge play for me tonight, even against the Blues who are pretty stingy and have an excellent penalty kill. I hope I'm right on the ownership, if this trio is under 10% I will be ecstatic. Shea Weber and Roman Josi also make for great plays on defence tonight for Nashville.

Other lines I really like tonight, with expected low ownership:

LA KINGS - Pearson-Carter-Toffoli

WPG JETS - Ehlers-Scheifele-Wheeler

MIN WILD - Parise-Granlund-Pominville & Niederreiter-Koivu-Coyle

PITT PENGUINS - All players on top two lines, Kris Letang on D
