Sorry ladies and gentlemen, but I had to do it… I am going to be picking on the Toronto Maple Leafs once again, as they will be going up against the Canadians. Toronto has a total of 21 wins on the year (30th in NHL) and they are coming into this contest with a 3-6-1 record in their last ten games. They have allowed an average of 2.9 goals per game (24th in NHL) and have allowed a total of 40 power-play goals (22nd in NHL).

These two teams have already faced each other three times this season. And in all three meetings, the Canadians have scored a total of 11 goals and won all three contests. Pacioretty, Subban and Gallagher were big reasons why the Canadians won all three games. They combined for a total of 10 points and all averaged over three fantasy points per contest.

Calgary might be the favorites to win tonight, but I will be stacking the Senators. The Senators have just been on fuego as of late, winning five out of their last six games. Calgary is a team that really struggles on the defensive side of the puck. They have allowed an average of 3.0 goals per game (29th in NHL) and have a penalty-kill percentage of .736 (30th in NHL). With these stats in the Senators favor, I will be looking to roster Erik Karlsson (only one of the best players in the NHL), alongside Hoffman and Stone. These three guys all play together on the 1st line, as well as the 1st power-play unit.

The Dallas Stars could cost you a pretty penny, but they are always worth the investment. They are a team that is very consistent, but also has big upside. They are currently riding a four-game streak of scoring at least three goals per game. This game has a game total of 5.5, so this is surely a game to stack.

And don't forget the Stars have scored 3.2 goals per game this season (2nd in NHL).

Many people will be all over the Canadians today (including myself), but why not stack the (drum-roll please) -- Toronto Maple Leafs! This game is projected to be one of the highest scoring games of the night, and 25-year-old Nazem Kadri has been on fire! He has five helpers in their last three games and I wouldn't be surprised if he had a couple more today... This match-up might not be the sexiest one on the slate, but Kadri, Komarov and Rielly have combined for nine points in their three meetings against the Canadiens.

Toronto might be the worst team in the NHL, but are a definite contrarian bunch.
