I tend to pick on the Maple Leafs a lot and I'm doing it again tonight. They will be going up against the Panthers -- so I love the idea of a Panthers stack automatically. The Maple Leafs have a 3-6-1 record entering tonight's contest and have a 24-34-11 record on the year (dead last in NHL). Toronto has allowed an average of 2.8 goals per game (22nd in NHL). They have also allowed a total of 43 power-play goals (20th in NHL). With the way Toronto has been struggling defensively all season long -- I will be stacking Barkov, Jagr (one of the greatest hockey players of all-time) and Huberdeau who all play in the 1st power-play unit as well as the first-line.

The Sharks will be going up against Arizona tonight, which provides these guys with a sweet matchup. The Coyotes have allowed an average of 3.0 goals per game (28th in NHL). They have also struggled on special teams as they have allowed a total of 54 power-play goals on the year (28th in NHL). Pavelski, Thornton and Burns have combined a total of nine points in their last ten games, so look for them to carry that momentum into tonight's contest.

In what should be a tightly contested game, the Penguins take on the Hurricanes. The Hurricanes have had some struggles behind the net, as their goalies have a .902 save percentage on the year (26th in NHL). In four games against Carolina this season -- Crosby, Kessel and Hornqvist combined for 11 points. This is one of the more expensive stacks on the slate, but we all know the tremendous upside they bring when having them on our lineups.

This is definitely a contrarian stack, that I believe can have a big night. In two games against the Red Wings this season, the Blue Jackets have scored a total of six goals, which is an average of three goals per game. Savard, Jenner and Atkinson combined for eight points against the Red Wings in those two meetings and should be a big part of the Blue Jackets' offense again tonight. They have combined for an average of 11.2 fantasy points over there last ten games. These guys have been playing excellent hockey and should have another solid performance against a Red Wings team that are in the middle of the pack in all defensive stats.
