Minnesota Vikings Roster 2024

Record: 7-10
Conference : NFC
Division : North

Minnesota had an eventful offseason where they traded Stefon Diggs for draft picks and used them wisely. With no Diggs or Xavier Rhodes, they replaced them with Justin Jefferson and Jeff Gladney. These were great values, and Cameron Dantzler is another name who could make an impact in year one. The defense is still primed for a solid season with Harrison Smith and Danielle Hunter likely being pro bowl players. They also have Eric Kendricks, who is the leader of that linebacking core. The secondary has a wider range of outcomes this season, but everything will work out if the rookies deliver.

The Vikings continue to be a run-heavy offense, and having Dalvin Cook and Alexander Mattison gives them strong depth if needed. Cook was a workhorse back last season who finally was able to stay healthy. The one name to watch out for is Irv Smith, as the year-two tight end has plenty of upside with many targets up for grabs now. The Vikings should run a lot of two-TE sets with him and Kyle Rudolph.
