NBA Market Advantage: Sat, March 28

This Market Advantage column aims to discover players whose respective salaries are too low considering their expected production. This can obviously change from site-to-site, so I will outline the respective site featured that particular player's discount. The sites featured in today's column are FanDuel and DraftKings.

However, just because a player is well-priced, it doesn't mean you should automatically click them into a lineup. Due to this, a label will be attached to every player (red/yellow/green light) assessing their viability for tonight's game.

So with that, here are the most favorably priced players in the Daily Fantasy Market for Saturday, March 28:

LaMarcus Aldridge – POR: (FanDuel $9400) (DraftKings $8700) GREEN LIGHT

Aldridge had a nice bounce-back outing last night, and now he'll enjoy one of the best matchups in basketball – vs the notoriously bad Denver frontcourt. He's exceptionally discounted on DraftKings, but I'm thinking LA is playable on both sites given the short slate.

Langston Galloway – NYK: (FanDuel $5900) (DraftKings $5100) GREEN LIGHT

Obviously better price point on DraftKings than FanDuel, but I believe Gallo is playable on both sites. Alexey Shved is out for NYK, meaning Langston will see heavy playing time as the Knicks only true ball handler.

Dennis Schroder – ATL: (FanDuel $5300) (DraftKings $4600) GREEN LIGHT IF TEAGUE OUT

If Jeff Teague is forced to miss another game, Schroder becomes an auto-play on this short 5-game slate. The matchup is nice, and Schroder is one of the most consistent backup PG's in the league.

Kyle Korver – ATL: (FanDuel $4700) (DraftKings $4300) GREEN LIGHT

Korver is usually a better solid value cash game pick, but his price point is even lower than we are accustomed to. If Jeff Teague sits out, it will solidify his playing time even more (Schroder will see time a the PG, not SG). However, Korver is a decent value commodity either way.

DeMarre Carroll – ATL: (FanDuel $5700) GREEN LIGHT

Friendlier price point on FanDuel than DraftKings. Carroll serves as a solid cash game filler at a scarce SF position.

Paul Millsap – ATL: (DraftKings $7300) GREEN LIGHT

For comparison's sake, he's $8200 on FanDuel. This creates a nice discount opportunity on DK, making Milly an extremely comfortable cash game pick.

Ersan Ilyasova – MIL: (FanDuel $6000) GREEN LIGHT

Substantially better price point on FanDuel than DraftKings ($6700), where his recent production isn't fully reflected in his salary.

Klay Thompson – GS: (FanDuel $6800) YELLOW LIGHT

I'm really tempted by his price tag on FanDuel, but Klay is nothing more than a tournament option tonight. His minutes have been dwindling, likely due to preservation for the playoffs. That makes him a true risk/reward pick.
