Vegas Notes

- Warriors-Mavs, Kings-Suns, Lakers-Nuggets, Raptors-Rockets, and Timberwolves-Wizards have the five highest totals tonight. Warriors are -14 point favorites, so they are more reserved for GPP's.

- Spurs-Grizzlies sits with a 192 total, and a total pass for me in cash games. Outside of that game, most are valuable in cash.

Salary: FD: $8,900 DK: $8,400

Kyle Lowry was dealing with some bumps and bruises last game, and received a rest game. Expect him back tonight, and expect him to be in my lineups. Lowry is averaging 23-5-6 in the last ten games, with 2.1 steals per game. Houston ranks 14th in efficiency, and have allowed the 10th most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards. Toronto sits with a very friendly team total, and will also have to pick up the pace a bit facing Houston. It is also his birthday today. If you needed a little extra push.

If for some reason Lowry sits again, check out cheat sheet for plenty of point guard plays.

@Kings

360.7421.721.74310626.6

Salary: FD: $6,500 DK: $6,600

Devin Booker is averaging 21-3-5 over the last ten games, also logging 38 minutes per game in that span. Any shooting guard logging 38 minutes per game against the Kings' defense is going to jump to the front of the line. Sacramento ranks 29th in efficiency, and have allowed the third most fantasy points per game to opposing shooting guards. Phoenix is sitting with a 106 team total tonight, and a lot of the usage is in the backcourt. Him and Brandon Knight are in play, given you aren't playing tons of Suns' players already.

Projection

@Wizards

370.8821.427.243.710432.5

Salary: FD: $6,900 DK: $6,400

Andrew Wiggins has slightly picked up the peripheral stats of late, averaging 21-3-3 over the last ten games, shooting 54% from the field. He is averaging over 30 fantasy points per game in that span, and is a cash game lock against this Wizards' defense. Washington ranks 16th in efficiency, and have allowed the fourth most fantasy points per game to opposing small forwards this season. Opponents are shooting 37% from three (28th) and 46% from the field (25th) against the Wizards this season, and I will bank on Wiggins continuing his hot streak. Tobias Harris is another small forward to target depending on what site you are playing on.

Bucks

341.1924.324.349.510640.6

Salary: FD: $7,700 DK: $7,800

Over the last ten games, Paul Millsap is averaging 16-9-3, with his usual 3.5 blocks + steals per game. Milwaukee is a solid matchup for Millsap tonight, ranking 17th in efficiency against power forwards, allowing the sixth most fantasy points per game, and ranking 22nd in rebounding. The Bucks also struggle keeping turning the ball over, ranking 24th in the league. This matchup has it all for Millsap, and Atlanta is sitting with a friendly 106 team total to target. If you want exposure to the Warriors, Draymond Green is right there too.

Hassan Whiteside (C), Heat

Projection

Magic

311.3028.120.248.110940.3

Salary: FD: $8,200 DK: $8,000

Sure Hassan Whiteside isn't dropping 50 fantasy points every night, but he has become a very reliable source for an easy double-double. He is averaging 17 and 13, with 2.7 blocks per game in the last ten, which is just a shade under 40 fantasy points a game. Orlando has allowed the eighth most fantasy points per game in the last ten games, as they continue to fill the center role with backups. Orlando has been competitive regardless, Whiteside will be in for his usual outing tonight.

Value Plays

Emmanuel Mudiay (PG - DEN) FD: $6,000 DK: $5,900

Emmanuel Mudiay had a rough stretch of games, resulting in a price reduction. He is averaging 16-4-4 over the last ten games, the FG% isn't particularly impressive (38%). A matchup against the Lakers will certainly help, and I am all over him at this price. L.A. ranks 29th in efficiency, and have allowed the third most fantasy points per game to opposing point guards. Mudiay has averaged 17-3-8 in two meetings this year.

Gary Harris (SG - DEN) FD: $5,300 DK: $4,700

Gary Harris is averaging 15-3-2 over the last ten games, shooting nearly 50% from the field. Harris has dropped a few hundred in salary on both sites and falls back into the top value section. He draws a favorable matchup tonight against the Lakers, who have allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing shooting guards.

Jon Leuer (PF - PHX) FD: $4,600 DK: $4,100

Tyson Chandler is already ruled out for tonight's game, making Jon Leuer one of the top value plays on the slate. Sacramento ranks 27th in efficiency against the front court, and we know the Kings give up plenty of fantasy points per game. Leuer is the best points per dollar play in this game, which should be very high scoring.
