Vegas Notes

- We are covering the games starting at 6:00ET and later. There are four games within this slate.
- The only real blowout concern comes from Philadelphia-Golden State, with the Warriors favored by a whopping 21 points!

- The best fantasy environments (high-scoring, competitive) come from Dallas-Sacramento (217 over/under) and Houston-Indiana (213 over/under).

Top Picks

John Wall (PG), Wizards

Salary: FD: $9,900 DK: $9,900

We really don't need a ton of analysis to label Wall a top play in all formats tonight. He's facing a Lakers team that ranks 29th in defensive efficiency against opposing floor generals, and this is expected to be a relatively close (Wizards favored by 6), high-scoring game (212 over/under). That's pretty much all the rationale we need to click Wall into all lineup formats.

DeMarcus Cousins (C), Kings

Salary: FD: $10,900 DK: $10,500

If you click all of the other listed plays into your lineup, you should have enough room for Cousins, who easily tops our list as the top center option. He's facing a Dallas team that ranks 22nd in defensive efficiency against opposing big men. On top of that, the Mavs rank just 27th overall in rebound rate. Needless to say, "Boogie" has significantly more upside than anyone else at this position (PF on DraftKings), and there's enough value to organically fit him within a quality lineup.

Paul George (SF), Pacers

Salary: FD: $8,700 DK: $8,300

Small forward is a pretty ugly position within this four-game slate, making it easier to pick Paul George without much opportunity cost. On top of that, as I have been mentioning through this whole article, there are enough value commodities to safely combine top studs like Wall-Cousins-George. Oh yeah, the matchup is one to target as well, given that Houston plays at a fast pace and ranks 29th against opposing small forwards.

Julius Randle (PF), LA Lakers

Salary: FD: $6,600 DK: $6,400

Coach Byron Scott mentioned that he would give Randle extra burn down the stretch this season, and he has actually been true to his word this time. Randle is now a bona-fide starter on this team, playing 35+ minutes routinely. He has thrived within that stable role (who would've thought?), hitting 43, 37, and 50 fantasy points respectively in the past three games. He could be within that range once again, given that his opponent, Washington, ranks 23rd vs opposing power forwards and 20th in rebound rate.

Value Plays

Bradley Beal (SG - WAS) FD: $5,500 DK: $5,400

Beal is cheap with a great matchup tonight, good enough to consider him in all formats. He's coming off one of his best games in recent memory, hitting 38 fantasy points Friday vs Minnesota (granted multiple overtimes helped inflate that total). He's a safe cheap play tonight in Los Angeles.

J.J. Barea (PG - DAL) FD: $4,000 DK: $4,300

Devin Harris will return tonight, but Deron Williams is still out. That means Barea will likely hold the starting point guard job and play 30+ minutes once again. That's very good news for his fantasy prospects, considering that Sacramento is a fast-paced team that ranks 28th in defensive efficiency vs opposing point guards. Barea chipping in 32 FP in 32 minutes while starting at Golden State on Friday, and that's a reasonable expectation for tonight's matchup.

Wesley Matthews (SG - DAL) FD: $4,400 DK: $4,800

Matthews is a solid pick in this notoriously good matchup against Sacramento. As you probably know by now, the Kings have been one of the worst teams at defending the shooting guard position for numerous years, and they currently rank 29th in that category this season. Matthews has enjoyed a nice uptick with Chandler Parsons out, hitting 34+ fantasy points in two straight games. The price is much better on FanDuel.

Myles Turner (PF - IND) FD: $5,700 DK: $5,300

Turner has been up-and-down lately, but we should see his good side in this elite matchup vs Houston, a team that ranks dead last vs opposing power forwards. Turner has been seeing around 30 minutes per contest, which will give him enough time to post a solid line and the outside chance of catching some upside. Long story made short: he's well worth a roster spot within this short slate.

Love Beal tonight! And I think we see the good Turner today.
