Craig Anderson (G), Senators

This is the ultimate boom-or-bust play tonight, with Craig Anderson being a sizable underdog at home against Winnipeg. Anderson has faced a ton of shots this season, giving him enormous upside. Ottawa is allowing 33 per game, and a couple times this season, Anderson has faced near 40 shots a game. The Jets will keep people off Anderson, due to their high scoring nature, but he has potential to be a game changer. The game logs show Anderson being a roller coaster ride, which exactly what he is, but to take down a tournament, you have to carry some risk.

Jakub Voracek is in a rut right now, but I am looking for him to get back to his goal scoring ways. He had 81 points last season, and was one of the best daily fantasy players to target. He will get going, and I want to have him in my lineups when he does. His price is dropping on DraftKings, but his price remains high on FanDuel. Calgary is allowing 4.23 goals per game this season, and Philly has some stacking opportunity tonight.

Steven Stamkos (C), Lightning

Talking about slow starts, Steven Stamkos is on one as well. He has a matchup against Buffalo, who are allowing 2.92 goals per game. Stamkos has a ton of upside, as we know, but his price keeps ownership low, especially with the way he is producing. Tampa are -150 favorites to score three plus goals tonight, which is likely. Tampa still carries a balanced scoring attack, but once again Stamkos leads the way.

Roman Josi (D), Predators

$6,100$6,400@Wild24:402.026.52Even 1, PP 12.5 (-104)

Roman Josi is off to a hot start this season, with nine points in ten games. He is a terrific playmaking defenseman, and he also blocks a ton of the shots. He currently ranks 11th in that category. Minnesota is allowing 2.91 goals per game, and rank in the bottom ten in power play killing. Josi headlines both lines, and they do feature a top 15 power play attack. The price is steep, so ownership should be down.

Tyler Toffoli (W), Kings

The Kings are definitely an untrustworthy bunch, outside of this kid. Tyler Toffoli has eight goals in ten games this season, and is my favorite scorer to grab on this team. He does not play on the first lines, but still logs plenty of ice time, and sees time on the second PP unit. He is averaging 3.13 points/60, which is among some of the tops in the league. He has a great price tag tonight, and Columbus has struggled keeping the puck out of the net.

Value Plays

Jake Muzzin (D - LAK) FD: $4,900 DK: $4,400

Jake Muzzin logs time on the first power play unit, and I am hoping the Kings can take advantage of this matchup. They are a frustrating fantasy team, so I will not be shocked if they laid an egg. Muzzin has upside at a discount price.

Mike Hoffman (W - OTT) FD: $5,700 DK: $4,800

Mike Hoffman continues to stay at a cheap price tag, especially on DK. Hoffman has nine points in eight games, with five points in the last three games. He is sitting on the top line, and deservingly so. The Jets rank around the middle of the league in goals allowed.

Brad Marchand (W - BOS) FD: $6,900 DK: $5,000

This is definitely more of a DraftKings' play, where Marchand is just $5,000. The matchup is subpar, but the Bruins are scoring 3.82 goals per game, which leads the league. This is odd, given scoring has been an issue in the past, but they have flip flopped their team strategy. Marchand has a point per game, with six in the last four games.

Martin Hanzal (C - ARI) FD: $4,800 DK: $4,000

Phoenix will have Hanzal back in the lineup, and while he has not found the net, he does have 10 assists in nine games. He is super cheap, and one of my favorite value plays tonight. Colorado is allowing three goals per game, and Arizona always flies under the radar.

Muzzin, Toffili and Hoffman are all in my cash lineup, great value there - Voracek is so overdue, I play him every night knowing a huge game is coming soon, he's still generating scoring chances
