Among the honorable mention quarterbacks are Matt Ryan, Philip Rivers, and Joe Flacco. Flacco is particpating in the Thursday night game against an awful Cleveland defense, immediately throwing him into cash consideration for a nice value salary. Despite running hot, Matt Ryan is more of a tournament pick on the road against a hungry Philadelphia defense. Philip Rivers is cash considerable in a home draw vs Miami, but I'd rank the other listed quarterbacks marginally ahead of him ... Enough about guys not listed in the "meat and potatoes" of the article. Below we are taking a look at two cash game quarterbacks, two GPP quarterbacks, and a value. Opposing defenses, game theory, prices, and individual quarterback numbers are taken into account.

Rodgers is becoming a staple in the cash game category, and it's hard to get away from this flamethrower of a quarterback. The Packers continue to roll out their pass-heavy offense, giving Rodgers plenty of opportunities to rack up fantasy points. He has responded with a 28 fantasy point average over the past three games. More of the same could be in store this weekend. The Titans have a "funnel defense" that is tough against the run and more generous to the pass, ranking 20th in that category. Rodgers could expose them this weekend with another quality fantasy performance.
