Week in and week out we are diving into the best value plays at various positions. Each week always plays out differently, especially when deciding what areas to spend down on, and where to spend up. While many articles point out the top values, we hope to guide you in lineup construction as well. Pricing on FanDuel generally ties into fantasy point outcome, where on DraftKings, matchups and ownership are baked into the algorithm a little more. Injuries, seasonal changes, and matchups all create value, and here at DFC we break that down for you. Our content is focused on the Main Slates, but you can find me answering questions in the comments, or on Twitter at @JGuilbault11. Premium access grants full list of value plays.

Week 13 brings us Geno Smith and company starting for very cheap, yet I will not be going that route this week. Some will, and good luck to you. I get that Marcus Mariota has been subpar this season, but at $7,400 on FanDuel, I am willing to roll the dice in a home matchup against Houston. The Texans have allowed the third most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season. Since the Week 8 Russell Wilson game where they allowed over 30 fantasy points, they have allowed 19 to Jacoby Brissett, 26 to Jared Goff, 19 to Blaine Gabbert, and 9.8 to Joe Flacco. Baltimore is such wasteland as an offense, I am willing to throw that one out. Otherwise, these have been very successful games for opposing quarterbacks. Mariota is averaging 0.47 fantasy points per drop back this season, which is on par with Philip Rivers and Josh McCown this season. That has basically where he is falling into place on a tier basis.
